Parking: There was not a lot of parking in front of Kinders, but I have been fortunate to find parking relatively close.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of handicapped parking spots, but they are virtually always in use when I have been there.“

“We shared the sampler platter and the food was very good. Everyone has their own preferences for the perfect barbecue and i thought the ribs were the best on the sampler. Thought the strips of brisket were good, but not great. My spouse liked the sausage. Overall I liked it. Tge service was excellent!“

“I’m so happy to have L and L back! There used to be one on Crescent Drive(a couple blocks away) and I was heartbroken when it shut down. I moved away for a while and imagine how awesome of a surprise it was to see my favorite Hawaiian BBQ spot has returned just before I moved back! ???
The employees are all super friendly, the food is always cooked to perfection, and the dining area is kept clean and tidy.
The only thing that would make this place better is if they would extend their hours on Friday/Saturday nights. A lot of other restaurants in the area close at 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends so I was surprised/bummed to see that they close “early” in comparison.“

“Absolutely love Tommy’s bbq company. I've had Flints in Oakland, K.C's in Berkeley, and Evert and Jones, Tommy’s is now my favorite BBQ spot hands down. it's REAL bbq! Prices are right on par with other real BBQ places. Places like Kinders and Dickies, and even Lucille's just don't match up. My family and I are extremely happy that Tommy’s opened up in Hercules. “Delicious! I honestly did not even know that Kinder’s had a restaurant! And the experience overall what was AMAZING! Not only was the food i order, delicious, but the e customer service was beyond great. It was actually close to closing time and by the time we got our food and sat down to eat, it was already past closing time and they did not rush us, they allowed us to eat and enjoy our food. “I’ve enjoyed visiting Sunrise Bistro for breakfast. The convenient parking and manageable wait times make it a hassle-free spot for breakfast or brunch. I’ve tried a few dishes, like the carnitas and eggs, but my favorite by far is the smoked brisket and hash, which has become my go-to order. The only area for improvement would be the coffee. Better quality coffee and fresh creamer would really elevate the breakfast experience. Overall, it’s a nice place to dine in for breakfast or brunch.“

“Great food. Good size portions. Not sure if their building has A/C or not but they don’t use it. It was probably about 90 degrees outside and the left their door wide open. It must have been about 85 degrees inside at 6:00 PM on Sunday - pretty uncomfortable. Also, the place was about half full and I had to flag down our servers a couple of times for service. Probably going with takeout next time.“

“Took a friend for her birthday lunch to Moa, which was separately recommended to me by another friend familiar with my love for kalbi and banchan. It definitely measured up.
My friend said she never had Korean before except for KoCups - right?! Since I'd been wanting to try Moa for a while it seemed like the perfect opportunity.
We went for a midweek lunch and we got the fried mandoo, a kalbi lunch and a dolsot bibimbap. There was one person there - greeting/seating/taking orders/serving/cashing out.. Front of House one-woman-show. She was great! Very friendly and efficient and pleasant.
Everything came out hot, sizzling and so very fast! The kalbi was tender and delicious and my friend polished off the bibimbap plus some of my kalbi and we went through 2 rounds of banchan. Food was wonderful!
The restaurant is small but well-situated and clean. Restroom also clean and well-maintained.
The atmosphere is relaxed and we had a really comfortable and leisurely meal.
Location is really easy to find and get to, plus lots of free parking in the lot.

Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious vegetable dishes with options to add tofu or another protein, if preferred

“Excellent local butcher shop and deli. BBQ sauce is also very good. The ball tip sandwich is the most popular sandwich on the menu. I would personally recommend the sweet potato fries because their sauce is delicious. The meat is always top notch. Kinders is very well known around here. The only downside I would say is that it is not cheap. It is hard to find a sandwich under $10 on the menu. Definitely worth trying if you are driving through!“

“Ordered Tonkatsu Ramen (pictured), Hawaiian BBQ mix and Spam musubi, plus a Taro smoothie. Ramen was beautiful and flavorful, BBQ mix had ribs, beef, chicken plus two scoops of rice, lots of veggies and a scoop of macaroni salad. The Taro smoothie was refreshing and almost tasted like vanilla. Service was quick and friendly, bill wasn’t too bad either, especially for the value. One of my favorite spots in town!“

“I got to try this last night at the Todos Santos Plaza festival in Concord and the two meat plate with beans and potato salad was absolutely delicious! We got hot links and brisket as our meats and got it spicy and found the spice level to be completely tolerable. Mr. Willy himself was kind enough to let me sample his mac and cheese and was receptive to my feedback (which he solicited!) Once we got to talking we traded some ideas.
