“We always have a great experience at Back 40. The food is great, and especially for the cost. No matter what day or time we go we get great food, healthy, fresh and fast. The staff are amazing. Ricky and Amanda are the absolute best. Patrick is a great manager, and Jerome is also great. We eat in the bar area or restaurant depending on our mood, or how busy they are. No matter what we get fast, friendly service. The staff never fails to acknowledge repeat customers with friendly hellos even if they aren’t your server for the day. Great separate areas for large party, and upstairs for small or large banquets. Amazing food and drinks for the price. Way better than fast food.“

“I'm confused by the lack of recent reviews.. i went here the other night because they were open til 11:45pm which is awesome cus i clock out at 11.. went with a safe order, some zhangzhou rice n a couple chx skewers.. this place is the real deal whoevers reading this, you can safely ignore the old shitty reviews. The food was just insanely good.. not a particularly complicated dish but its one of those.. anyone can do this but few have mastered it* 100% worth it to try this place out. “First visit, weeknight, not crowded. Food very good to excellent. Beet trio appetizer superb. Not clear if the 3 dipping sauces were for beets or brisket but good either way. Fiancee had wagyu burger, excellent. I had the combo plate…brisket a tad dry, fried chicken very good, corn bread muffin & cole slaw great. Extensive wine list, top labels. We shared a flight and each had a glass of bubbly. Portion size good … I had leftovers for breakfast. Server Jeff casual but on the ball with advice. Menu somewhat limited, especially for vegans.“

“When we visit NorCal we always make as many stops here as possible. I think we’ve covered a lot of the breakfast/lunch options and we’ve been very pleased. The food is always fresh and tasty but some standouts are any of the omelettes and Benedict dishes. I love their blueberry power scone, but a family favorite is the zucchini bread which personally I find just a bit too sweet. The salads are fresh and filed with a wide variety of veggies. My recent tuna salad was so big that I took half of it home.
The service here is outstanding, all lovely smiles and attentiveness.“

“I stopped by expecting a basic experience as I was charging my car nearby. I was blown away by the customer service to start, everything was explained in a way that was easily digestible(literally) and the Ball-Tip sandwich recommendation was right on point. Sandwich was probably one of the best I’ve had in my life ,next time getting extra meat. Before heading out I was greeted by a different cashier, a young lady ,and asked her could I buy a single rib to try, after trying the ribs I know for sure this place is a favorite of mines now for sure! 5 stars!“

“I catered a small surprise party from Toastique for my husband's 50th. The plans were last minute, but Linh was most helpful. She worked with me to sort through options, and helped me come up with a menu that worked well for a Sunday brunch. Loved the toasts we ordered (avo smash, greek and pb crunch) and the fresh juices were an absolute hit. The fruit platter was oh so good. Everything looked beautiful! Linh was very flexible and delivered on time.“

“This place was a nice stop. It wasn’t busy when we came in, so we got our food pretty quickly. I ordered the BBQ chicken and short ribs, and my wife got the salmon poke bowl. She really enjoyed the poke bowl—lots of protein, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings at all.

My dish was also good. The short ribs were a little chewy, and the chicken could’ve had a bit more flavor, but if you’re really hungry like I was, it definitely hits the spot. It’s definitely quantity over quality, but still worth it.

We also tried the spam musubi, which was good, though the sauce was more drizzled on the rice instead of coating the spam. Overall, it was a good experience and we will definitely return!“

“I hired Willy to make me 9 pounds of his smoked brisket and baked beans for my Chanukah party for 30 people. Everything was DELICIOUS and easy to heat up in the containers that he gave me.

“Excellent American plates, especially the tri-tip platter. Generous portions all around. Rarely does anyone in our family leave food on the plate. But here, we even took some half plates to go. They recommend medium rare on the tri-tip and that’s exactly the right taste. Love the bbq sauces on the table. And love the sides, especially the mixed veggies and sweet potatoes. “I love this place specifically in the mall, i cannot recommend enough! I get it every time I go to round 1 and the portons are CRAZY. For 2 entree and 2 side its like 20 bucks with a drink, and i cant finish it. Their rice is perfect as well and I love the kimchi.
(Try the spicy bbq chicken get a piece of kimchi and top it with rice, and eat it all at once. So good!)

It is in a food court so it's very noisy and it can be hard to find clean tables on a busy day, but thats more of a mall thing rather than Plus 82.

Something that i didnt like too much is that on your bank statement it shows at BOBA N ME. Probably a parent and child company situation, but i was thoroughly confused till i thought about why that was on my statement. That is just financial stuff though and doesnt take away from the experience of the food.“
