“Been coming here for over a year and it never misses. I always get the Memphis Gold wings with jerk seasoning, bone-in, and they’re consistently crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I usually order takeout and grab the Ja Pack (12 wings, fries, carrots, and celery). Everything comes out hot and fresh every time. Easily one of the best wing spots in Downtown LA — highly recommend.“

Service - 10/10 and extremely friendly
Food (taste) - 9/10 - very good and the cheese was literally pulling out. Not the best in entire world but very good and I would repeat.
Value - 10/10 - the portion size was PERFECT…I’m a 30 year old man, and it was just the right amount. Felt satisfied and almost full, but not that I was about to burst after another bite.
Atmosphere - a little quiet when I went but there were a few tables and chairs out to sit and eat at.
I mentioned above but if I move out to LA I will be a frequent visitor!“

“Best Dominican food in LA. And it’s actually good. Highly recommend all of it. The empanadas, pernil, sancochó, rice and beans, chimi, salchichón, picadera plate, habichuela dulce, camarones, all of it. And she gets her stuff from DR because it’s so difficult to find things like Dominican salami and fried cheese. Support this local, extremely rare gem so we don’t lose it. It’s so difficult to find anything like this in the west coast.“

“My bf and I each got the Rico Suave, and it is DELICIOUS! All ingredients were high quality and fresh. It came with crema and salsa in reusable cups on the side.
We got nitro cold brew, which was also good. Server asked us if we wanted cream, and what kind (we got oat milk). And brought it out to the counter where you pay for us to add to our coffees. Sugar packets are next to the counter.
We sat at a table that was a bit dirty with crumbs. When we got our food, the foil around the burritos was quite greasy. What’s odd about that is the burrito itself was not greasy.
Service could have been better. Not very friendly. That said, I’m sure we’ll come back since the food is so good. Would like to try some of their other sandwiches, but I’m sure I’ll have the Rico suave again. It’s amazing!“

“So I decided to check out V's Grill based on the reviews and it being close to work and I'm glad I did! I ordered the shrimp burrito and it was a flavor bomb explosion in my mouth! From salty to crunchy and I could taste the lime/ lemon that was added to that shrimp. I can't wait to try another item from their menu. They charge $1 for card transactions“

“I visited with a group of six exchange students one of them was from Uzbekistan. She said that the food made her feel like she was back home.
As for the rest of use, we all enjoyed our meals and our tea. Absolutely delicious food with phenomenal customer service“

“Bombest burrito in LA. He brings professional hospitality to the street taco game. First time I stopped by after a long early morning shift at a coffee cart and I was greeted as I walked up. He walked me through their offerings. I wanted to try their al pastor but was too hungry for a couple tacos so I ordered it as a burrito and man, amazingly tasty. He has a flat top grill and grills the burritos *chef's kiss. I'm all for street tacos of all kinds in LA but I'd venture to say this is the cleanest operation I've been to. He takes cash but also venmo or Zelle and has all that easily accessible. Ordered a carne asada burrito this evening and it's truly ministering to me“

“love simon. recently the quality has decreased a bit, with twice getting soggy oily tacos that just dont have the care put into them that they used to. the new digital ordering tablet is really bad. i also wish they would put their salsas into to-go cups for you so it would be cleaner than a communal station. four stars because they used to be my favorite truck in la and i know what they’re capable of!“

“I drive by this spot all the time and finally stopped to give it a try. I got the Al Pastor burrito and was sooo happy with my choice. You see them cooking it right in front of you, all fresh. The tortillas are handmade as well and you can absolutely tell the difference. Love the salsas as well. It’s quick, reasonably priced, and everyone is kind. What more can you want from a local taco stand? If you are wondering whether to stop in, just do it already and thank me later“

This place is amazing. I mean I cannot say one thing bad about this place. Besides the lemonade isn’t the best.
Staff here are super friendly and welcoming. The food doesn’t take long and isn’t priced too high.
I got a Cali burrito and everyone knows I’m a burrito lover. This might be the best Cali burrito in Los Angeles.
The chicken taco was phenomenal and my pizza was good. Full of flavor but I wouldn’t get it twice.
Of all the taco spots I’ve visited this is my favorite. I’ll be back this Friday for round two.

“Great restaurant! Our server Hector was fantastic; funny, personable and very attentive. The atmosphere and decor is great, festive yet laid back with a nice vibe. The food and presentation were amazing, as well as filling. We ate before going into Universal Studios and we were completely full the entire 5+ plus hours we were there. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.“

“Take your time gathering any of the many sauces and things. It went take long for your order to be ready, just pause and collect then return to grab all the sauces but yet bagged. Limes, cilantro&onions, salsa fresco, salsa Verde, salsa roja x2, radishes, grilled pepper and onions, crema, and more. All the things to make the meal your own.
A note about the carne asada fries (or any meat fry), is the use of a cheese sauce instead of fresh shredded cheese which some may like but not I. I'm guessing you can substitute the cheese for the desired experience.
This taco truck is worth a retry. The crowd certainly approves and has the right frame if reference to judge a taco truck. Rarely have I seen a throng of people eating at tables beside such food trucks let alone the steady stream of customers. Festive and lively, those customers add to the positive vibes of this sidewalk eatery. Just be sure you're at the right taco truck!“

“I'm here at an amazing spot on hillhurst in Los Feliz across from Albertsons... A staple for Mexican foods for sure 💯 I had the carne asada burrito and it's just so bomb.. the burrito was HUGE. like ol' school huge 👌 probably the most authentic Ive had in 15+ years ❤️❤️❤️❤️ ...
