“I adore this neighborhood café. Their paninis are always delicious—perfectly toasted and full of flavor. The juices are incredibly fresh, my personal favorite is the beet drink called The Midnight. Everything is reasonably priced. Great food, great drinks, such a nice local spot. UPDATE::: Look at that beautiful avo toast 😍 no skimping on the serving, and the za'atar sprinkling is genius. Check out the caesar salad, crisp lettuce, look at those bright, fresh toppings. Love it all!“

“Only reason I gave four stars for atmosphere is just a very nature of restaurants when they're full it's hard to hear. Food was excellent. Waiter was great and funny. Carbonara was great with the zucchini noodle. Gluten-free! Great sauce! Gluten-free deep fried pickles amazing. I hope to again.“

“Where do I start. Liz and Maggie are amazing. They made my family feel like some type of celebrity. I can’t state in this short paragraph how blown away I was by the service we received. THE BEST SERVICE, I’VE EVER RECEIVED. The drinks were excellent and the food was so good. I recommend the wagyu meatballs. The dessert was so tasty. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order here. The piano bar is a musical nice touch. I really appreciated the attention to detail on the decor of the restaurant when it came to the music. “This is the go to restaurant when staying in LA. Food is always perfect. Service is exceptional, and honestly made to feel like family. After an amazing meal Bruce and Rene treated us to the most exquisite desserts that were truely to die for. This was the dining highlight of our US trip from Scotland and the best genuine hospitality we've experienced. Well done to all involved, wish you weren't 5000 miles away from where we live. It was towards the end of the evening and they were only a few people left at the restaurant, we had to ask the waitress for our bread four times which was unusual. Otherwise, we appreciated the quiet atmosphere, the very nice wine and high  quality, wine glasses and the good food. We were a little bit disappointed because at the end of the evening we noted we smelled cigarette smoke coming from the back of the restaurant we felt was quite unprofessional. This is the only time we have been at the restaurant. The owner wasn't there and our perception was that there was a step down in discipline among the staff that day“

“Love this little neighborhood bistro. Food is always good and very consistent. Great selection of items, and really wonderful, friendly servers who make it a point to get to know their customers. “*UPDATE* We relocated to Wisconsin and every time one of flys home a Mr. G's from here is an absolute must. My wife just brought me back a Mr. G's (she did it right and got everything on the side that wasn't meat and cheese) and it was still the best Sandwhich I've ever had. It's truly that good. “A friend and I had dinner here on a whim; it was difficult to get a reservation on the same day, but a bit of persistence prevailed in the end. I would still recommend booking ahead. The counter layout is interesting and would work best for smaller groups. The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. It seems the menu changes fairly often so I won't describe the food specifically, but we liked everything we ordered.“

“Cozy, classic Italian dinner!!!

I ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara and the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and really enjoyed both. The carbonara was creamy and flavorful without feeling too heavy, which I loved. Total comfort food!

The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was also really tasty! The pasta was cooked perfectly, chicken was tender, and the sauce wasn’t overly thick or greasy.

Everything tasted fresh and absolutely satisfying.

My son ordered the spaghetti and thought the sauce tasted great, but the texture of the pasta was a bit off for him. I also paired my meal with a really good Italian soda . Service was quick with zero wait time, though the cashier wasn't overly friendly. I'd definitely come back again for the Alfredo!“

“If you’re anywhere near Santa Monica and craving AMAZING pizza, this place is an absolute must. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel so welcome, the vibes are always warm, friendly, and cozy. It’s the kind of pizza parlor that instantly feels like your go-to spot.

My personal favorites are the Spicy Bear and the Bianco pizzas… both are insanely delicious and packed with flavor. And don’t even get me started on the spicy BBQ wings, the PERFECT balance of sweet and spicy. I literally crave them all the time.

“If you’re reading reviews to decide whether or not you want to eat here, PLACE YOUR ORDER NOW! Tell everyone. Everything is delicious. Randolph, the owner, is amazing. He keeps this place open till 1 AM. Everything you get here is fantastic. I devoured my food before remembering to take pictures. The pastas come with garlic bread (delicious) and the containers they use (which are always VERY FULL) are reusable. I have four containers from my to-go orders from here. My favorite has been the Penne Pesto with Chicken. Ugh. Amazing. My other favorite dish to get here is a personal pizza with pepperoni, sausage, basil, and then a drizzle of pesto as a finish. I don’t know what they do to their sauces, but they pack so much flavor. This place is somewhere I CAN’T avoid when I come to do my laundry next door at Happy Bubbles. Randolph is so polite, friendly, and you can tell he cares about his business. More people need to give this place a try!“

“Their famous Chicken Mattone was not edible. It was beyond dry, and I even talked to the waitress about that before ordering it--she said she would make sure it wasn't dry. However, they handled it well--took it off the bill and comped two glasses of wine. The pizza was good, but the pasta and meatballs were a bit bland. Stick with the salads and sandwiches.“

I had hoped the notes regarding the table for my guest and dietary restrictions would have been communicated in advance, as I had to reiterate them upon arrival. It was 2am & We had never tried this place before. I was so surprised at how high-quality it was my husband and my son also loved it.
These are hands-down, the best meatballs in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills!!!
Believe me, I have tried meatballs, everywhere and 99% of the time I’m disappointed. I am so happy that I found these meatballs! The Alfredo sauce was creamy and on par with some of the best I’ve ever had and the Caprese salad was fresh.!
I just read someone else’s review who claimed that the meatballs were frozen… That person obviously doesn’t know the difference between fresh meatballs, and frozen Because these were definitely FRESH“

We went there for our birthday celebration and the Manager, Danold, surprised us with our birthday celebration with wine, birthday cake with a candle, and a card with the name who is celebrating the birthday .
Our very beautiful waitress, Marin, who we’ve met before still as beautiful as she is and as always very kind, friendly, and professional.
