“They really do have one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had! The wrap is toasted slightly crisp, and they don't skimp out on the chickens sausage, avocado,or pico. They also include beans so you get that fiber too, and their salsa/sauce I had a small kick but great flavor. The owners seem like genuine, kind, caring humans who want you to enjoy their food. And the pricing is lower than what you would expect.“

Highly recommend this spot on a hot summer day, but know you’re not the only one thinking the same way so expect them to be busy!!“

Right when you walk in you are greeted by the most awesome staff, I automatically felt so welcomed and appreciated as a customer. “I absolutely love this What A Peach location in Studio City! Their smoothies are always fresh and have some much flavor. Especiallyyyyy the “Peaches N Cream” was downright heavenly. “K-Stop has an amazing selection, and their kimbap is seriously delicious. I’ve tried all the varieties; tuna, beef, spicy chicken, and vegetable and every single one has been great. They’re super filling too. I usually order three for two people, but honestly, one per person is plenty.

Their açai bowls are consistently AMAZING – I love that there isn’t added sugar in the açai base (which most places seem to have these days🙄) My go-to is the Santa Barbara bowl and it’s rare that I get any other bowls because it’s the best, but they are all great!😍 Their staff are always really sweet! I absolutely love Rumors Coffee! Every time I walk in, the place feels warm and welcoming, and the staff is always so kind and genuine.

But I have to mention the highlight: their handmade Bosnian börek. Oh my goodness… it’s incredible! Flaky, fresh, and full of flavor. It honestly tastes like something you’d get in a Bosnian home. I find myself craving it all the time, especially with a hot latte.

Rumors has become one of my favorite spots to relax, study, or just take a break from the day. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves good coffee and delicious homemade food!“

“My husband is a tennis player, so we love the Courtside Caffe at the Burbank Tennis Center. My fave is the Greek salad. My husband likes the pita pizza and burgers. The seasoning is wonderful. Today I had a “fried chicken sandwich” not fried or breaded., but grilled. Delicious! Their smoothies are yummy. And we’re sitting here watching people on two courts play, with a backdrop of the Verdugo Mountains. Gorgeous!“

“I stopped by on a whim and was blown away by the interior! I came inside looking for a quick grab and go snack but left wanting to revisit haha. This would be such a great space to work and study as well.

They have a brazilian snacks section and yummy pastries. I got the spinach and cheese croissant and a beef empanada. Very yummy

They were very friendly and helpful and told me to simply call the Sunset location and cancel it. The Sunset location also cancel it quickly and easily and with kindness. “For vegans, the few options they have for prepared meals are tasty. I like the buffalo cauliflower wrap and the Cesar salad, however, there is never enough dressing for my favorite salads & they don’t sell it separately, so I stopped ordering the salads.

There aren’t a ton of vegan options, but they keep 2 wraps and 1 or 2 salads in stock regularly.

There are some other cool health products to purchase here, but it’s very expensive & I haven’t been able to justify the costs.

I think some of the stuff, like dried fruit, may be done fresh, so I suppose that justifies the costs, but I think their biggest selling point for vegans are their quick grab options when your running around & want something tasty!

“WoW! Blown away by the quality of the Fruit Cocktails here! There are smoothies, there are fruit juices, had it all, but the fruit cocktails here are something else! I had a custom made one, half/half, don't remember the exact names, one was with the avocados, and the other one was with strawberries (and so so so much more), they are underneath each other on the menu (as of August 2018). The only thing I regret is that I ordered the 20oz (600ml) and not the 32oz! If you are in LA, you MUST go here. I haven't come across anything like that anywhere else yet! “If you like shakes, smoothies, or tea with boba, this is a great place to come. I have enjoyed every shake/smoothie/tea I've gotten there. My favorite is probably the horchata smoothie, but the Thai tea smoothie is close behind.In regards to food options, I've only tried the ham & cheese croissant. It's successfully simple, if you like ham, cheese, and a flaky croissant, you will probably enjoy this. Everything seems very appropriately priced. It is very clean and quiet here.On my more recent visit, I had a matchata (matcha and horchata) that was quite good. I tend to like their horchata drinks. I also had the pesto chicken sandwich. The bread they use is very soft in the middle with a nice crunch to it on the outside. The chicken breast was cooked well and the pesto was flavorful. I actually didn’t expect such a decent sandwich for the price.“

“I enjoyed my beverage. Was served quickly. I sat at a table and noticed they are quick to serve with small crowds, but could become overwhelmed if there is a large enough crowd. The employees are extremely friendly and the cashier serves with a smile. There's very little seating, no wifi, and only one outlet that doesn't seem to invite guest usage. Parking is time restricted. The staff's friendliness overcomes the situation of the location and makes up for the commercial property limitations.“
