“This little place rocks, great food!!!“

“I come and have dinner at this restaurant since 2007 when my kids were little but now I only take my wife for a dinner sometimes and a good reason for it, is that we both enjoy how they treat us.
I came tonight again and they had my house keys i left on the seat last time i was there and they had them saved to give back to me.
I always recommend this location.

“Spent Christmas morning here and the food and service was amazing! I ordered a burger with seasoned fries and was pleasantly surprised how amazingly delicious the food was! My husband got an omelette and steak and we were both very satisfied with our orders. Our server anticipated our requests before we even asked and the staff was very friendly overall. We also appreciated that the manager kept checking in with us to make sure service was great and it was. Overall I was surprised at how great the service and food was here. We originally only stopped by because it was the only restaurant open at the time but now me and my husband plan to make this a monthly visit because we had such a great experience here. In a day and age where it seems the hospitality industry is leaving the customer service experience behind, I am glad that restaurants like Denny’s still exist and are upholding the customer experience tradition alive. Bravo Denny’s we will see you again next month!“

“Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem! Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. They treat everyone as if you were dining in their home! From one Armenian Chef to another Shad Shad shunorhagal em! We will definitely see you again soon!“

“After seeing a suggestion in a FB group, decided to give this place a try at around 3pm on a Sunday. The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! My day started out ho hum, but with the amazing friendly service and great food, it made my day I left with my tummy and heart happy. This will probably be my new Sunday spot Appreciate Y'ALL!“
