He instantly lifts your mood. Overall, the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. The food is tasty, and everything is served quickly — it’s a place you want to come back to.“

“There's a chef named Mike. He's a very nice person. He prepared okroshka (cold soup) and khinkali (dumplings) for me. I enjoyed everything very much. The restaurant deserves all its stars. The prices are very reasonable, 20-25 dollars for a good dinner for one person. I especially recommend this place to couples, because it's cozy and quiet, and romantic music is playing.“

“Lamb Crunchwrap and garlic Parmesan fries were amazing. Spot was a little crowded when I first got there a few people were waiting for their orders but once I got seated and started eating wowza, Crunchwrap was really easy to eat and stayed together well and the gyro stuff inside with lamb meat was delicious! “The food is good and varied with vegetarian options which I appreciate. I suggest not using Class Pass to pay, it can be problematic (as it sometimes is with other businesses as well). But Shawn did a great job trying to help with the Class Pass issues so I could get the food ordered (or in this case replacements) and I appreciate that, thank you!“

“My wife stopped by this Carl's Jr on the way home from work to grab dinner. This location is on her way back and she was hungry. When she arrived to the place, there was only two cars in the drive thru lane so she ordered through there.

She got herself the Santa Fe sandwich and I asked for the Double Famous Star burger with no onion. The price is on the higher end here but the burger is much bigger than other places. My wife loved her Santa Fe sandwich because that's her go to. The Double Famous Star burger I thought was delicious and I haven't had any Carl's Jr in maybe over three years.“

I ordered 3 pieces of lahmajo, but couldn't even eat all, because 2 pieces was enough for me. And price was only $2,7.

“I’ve been to this Firehouse Subs location twice now, and both visits were great experiences. The customer service really stood out — the staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and took the time to greet us and offer suggestions from the menu. You can tell they care about making customers feel appreciated.

The restaurant itself was very clean and well kept, and the food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the Pepperoni Meatball Sub — it was flavorful, hot, and made perfectly.

“Been going to this Wendy's for a 2-3 years, usually a couple, often a few times a week, mostly via drive through, but maybe once a month in doors. The food is on point and the staff whether day or night are always super friendly. I saw some bad google reviews and I dont know what they're talking about. This location is clean and popular and stays busy. Great tasting, reliable chain restaurant and great staff!“

“I am a big big fan of community based healthy eating places and I can’t believe how lucky I was to come in and find every table over here in Lake Balboa now if you’re somebody who’s living off EBT or you can’t afford to eat, this is the perfect place for you to eat healthy are prepared. They’re delicious and they are clearly thought out to be healthy and sustainable using local ingredients.

The parking is really good. The seating is also amazing so you get the benefit of a store in a restaurant combined together.

They have a restroom and I highly encourage you to stop by now for healthy eating options for people on a budget. This is the place for you but for people who want to be healthy and enjoy good food this is the place for everyone“

I noticed that they finally have indoor seating, limited to 20 guests at a time. The tables are spaced out a considerable distance. I decided on the sweet and spicy chicken bowl with veggies and white rice. Total after tax was $9.19. I guess that's fair, as the bowl is pretty decently sized.On to the food: The chicken was really good. A great combination of sweet and heat (4/10 on the spicy scale. Anyone who likes spicy stuff should find it satisfying, though it's not super hot, which is a good thing). The veggies are steamed or blanched - can't tell. Either way, they're crispy while still being cooked. I liked them a lot.All in all, come stop by if you're craving a decent rice bowl. Nice flavor, well put together, maybe a bit more expensive than it should be but not too bad! Recommended!“
