“This is hands down one of my favorite kbbq spots. The food is great, no frills, just good meat and sides. My favorite thing about this place has to be the service. We arrived at 8pm on a Saturday, and there was no wait! We had three different servers attending to us this evening, and they checked in on us constantly, making sure we had everything we wanted. And they're fast and so friendly! Another great bonus is that the overhead vents are so strong, I never feel gross and oily after eating here like I do with other kbbq spots.“

“Incredible Service and High-Quality KBBQ - A Must-Visit Gem!

I am absolutely blown away by our experience here and honestly can't understand why this place wasn't packed on a Sunday afternoon. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was on a completely different level from any other Korean BBQ restaurant I've visited.

We were greeted by the owner as soon as we arrived, and after mentioning it was our first time, he gave us a personal tour of his establishment. The service from both the owner and the staff remained incredibly attentive throughout our entire meal; we always felt catered to. In a move that truly sets them apart, they cook the meat for you at your table! The owner even personally checked on us, teaching us the traditional way to eat with lettuce wraps (ssam) and encouraging us to use all the different condiments and sides for the full Korean experience.

The restaurant operates with a self-serve buffet for all the sides and raw meat, allowing you to get as much as you want. We chose the $45 option, which I highly recommend. The meat was exceptionally high-quality, and the boneless rib BBQ was a definite 10/10. For this level of service and food quality, the pricing is very fair and feels like a bargain.

The ambiance adds to the charm. The restaurant opened in 1992, and stepping inside feels like traveling through time. The vintage vibe is well-preserved and adds a layer of authenticity to the meal.

I will be back in a heartbeat. This isn't just a great meal; it's a warm and welcoming experience provided by an owner who is clearly passionate about his restaurant and his customers. Highly recommended!“

“The place to go for delicious pork kbbq! I highly recommend the thick pork belly, marinated pork ribs, and the corn cheese. The pork marinade was flavorful and not as sweet as other kbbq places. They give a nice variety of side dishes which were really good with the pork belly.

“Been going for the last month, tried almost all KBBq’s this is by FAR the best one. Quality is always great and the owners is very nice. I’ve noticed a diversity of employees that makes the experience all more genuine. The price is beyond affordable, the arrays of meat are delicious, and the side dishes add authenticity that can’t be replicated. The staff are beyond attentive at refilling waters, providing meat, cleaning, and checking in. I’ve noticed the owner takes the time to remember his customers and is always having a pleasant conversation that is heartwarming. “Definitely a bit of a hole-in-the-wall—not the nicest or cleanest place, but the food is delicious and very affordable. It used to be $13.99 for all-you-can-eat before the pandemic, and you didn’t have to pay upfront, which was nice. Be prepared for a long wait to be seated, but the staff is friendly and attentive, which makes up for it.“

“Food was fantastic, honestly, some of the best I've ever had (and I've had PLENTY of Korean food since moving to SoCal in 2019). Ambiance was really good too. Super chill place to eat at. 10/10. Parking is extremely tight, though. So, highly recommend to go and find street parking and then walk over here.“

The food is amazing, I went to celebrate my son's graduation here they took care of every one in our party( 11 in total) is very different from other Korean BBQ Restaurants I've visit, I feel I enjoyed the food more, is a very small place but the experience make it worth the lack of ambiance.

I don't know how much is for each individual plate because I had 11 people in my party and we just ordered until everyone was satisfied but it was worth every penny.
The serves make sure you get everything you need, I ordered the marinated beef it was very juice, they lack on variety of choices but it still gives you the whole Korean bbq feel, they provide you with onions, jalapenos and garlic per request, also their salad is AMAZING. It is it not luxurious as other BBQ places.
I still find the meat on this places a much better quality than other Korean BBQ places., I will definitely be coming back.“

“Food was delicious. Bibimbap was awesome, as was the stir fried octopus. Flavors are great! The galbi portions on the galbi soup are very generous as well. However, overall a little pricey for the quantity and the atmosphere wasn’t very pleasant. There is no AC and the air is filled with the smoke from kbbq.“
