“Three of us visited for lunch, and we had a great experience from the moment we walked in. We were greeted right away and quickly seated, which we really appreciated. We ordered the naengmyeon and galbi combo along with a seafood pajeon, and everything was well-balanced and delicious. The naengmyeon and galbi combo was especially outstanding. The pajeon was also crispy and flavorful. The side dishes were tasty, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our meal. Overall, a very satisfying visit. “Great spot for Korean bbq but they're not an all you can eat spot, nor do they have combos. Everything is a la carte so it can get pricey. But the food is good. Oh, and always ask for fried rice after the meal. You have to pay for it but it's worth it. Side note, ground gets slippery so wear something that grips. Greasy floors.“

“I was staying in a hotel nearby and saw this restaurant on google maps so I wasn’t sure how it would be. But honestly, this place was really excellent. One of the better Korean BBQ experiences I’ve had. All of the food was very fresh and tasty. They gave us a huge variety of dishes and I ate until I was very full, but I still felt great afterwards. “The quality of the pork belly was excellent, and the service of having the staff grill the meat for us made the experience very comfortable. The variety of pickled side dishes was impressive and paired perfectly with the meat. Both the doenjang-jjigae and kimchi-jjigae were absolutely delicious. “Came here on a Thursday night since our daughters were visiting and we had yet to try. Place was pretty busy and we had reservations for a table. We were seated right away. Selections are varied and tiered. The premium selection gets you access to the meats on that tier as well as those on the tiers below. Banchan offering was good. The place is new and a bit trendy. Now the service well they could use an improvement by checking in more regularly. I felt like I had to chase down a staff member for more meats or refills on drinks. I get staff get busy but service is the role.“

Love the self serve area cause they had sushi as well! Staff were friendly and quick with changing our grill! “This used to be my go to kbbq, but in all honesty they fell off a little. Maybe I'm comparing it to my new spot too much but in my opinion they've lessened on quality and service. The waitress takes my order but doesn't write it down and i end up not getting what I ordered. They kept changing the grill and not turning the heat up enough so everything took ages to cook and when it finally heated up they came and changed the grill again. The quality of the bulgogi beef has gone down in my opinion. That being said everything else was delicious. The brief biscuit was really good, when it finally arrives. Only know it's still highly recommend this place but I would suggest they write down the orders and hire a couple more waitresses. Also waaaay too loud. Turn down the loop slightly“

The lady working the counter and serving the food is super nice and is like a mother making sure you're taken care of. “It’s expensive, but the quality of the meat is excellent. Don’t compare this place to AYCE KBBQ. I come here once or twice a year because it’s far, but it’s worth the trip. The bean stew tasted different from last year—this time it seemed overboiled or not freshly made.“

“Eat there only if you want to be treated like dirt. I am sick and tired of their way of treating their customers. They don't do reservations and their wait system is unforgiving and insane. 1. Long wait times like 1.5 hours 2. But with that long wait time, they only give you 10 minutes to "all be there" when they tell you table is ready. 3. That's not even the worst. They put a "wait time" estimate near their check in table. So you would think that is a solid guideline right? But no. The REAL wait time can swing a good 30 minutes both ways. Say they put "Current Wait time is 1.5 hours" you could get a call at 1 hour mark. And then they give you 10 minutes to get your party to be there. And they give you hell if your party can't make it like it's your fault that you don't have crystal ball to tell that your table will be ready in one hour’s time. I have tolerated it coz their food is actually really good. Meat quality is good etc etc. What broke the camels back today is. I checked in at 5:45 today. Wait time is 1.5 hours. So estimate sit time is 7:15 right? When I get the text that table is ready at 7:05 I thought all is awesome. AND THEN they told me that are actually having a staff party tonight and last call is at 8. That leaves my party less than an hour to do an AYCE dinner. I was furious. So I question them, “Why didn't you tell your customer that when they checked in?” "Well, we put the notice on the door. You didn't see it! So… 🤷🏻‍♀️” 1. There are a bunch of white and black notices all over the door and check in area. 2. And yes. My eye sight is not awesome. I didn't see it. But shouldn't it be THEIR JOB to let customer know VERBALLY when they check in that they are shifting the last call time an hour early? That’s basic decency. I wasted almost 2 hours there and by then it’s like lines all over the place for any place. I am never going back again for a restaurant that treats their customer like dirt so they can make money off me any more.“

“We had an amazing dinner at Seoul Belly! Our server, Sam was kind and often checked in on us to make sure the food never burned. The food was delicious and the servings were plentiful! The mala intestines were mouthwateringly numbing and the cold noodles were perfectly chewy. Adding rice cakes to our intestines was the right move as they crisped up and soaked up the chili oil. The corn cheese was very satisfying but got a little dry near the end. We will definitely be back the next time we crave intestines.“

“Came here for dinner time during Christmas week with my family. We were a group of 10 and we came right at peak dinner time, which honestly sounds like a terrible idea but thankfully they were able to sit us within 40 minutes. We were sat at two tables and had a burner each. The service was great, especially with how busy they were that night. The KBBQ was super yummy and I especially loved the steamed egg, I ordered two total. The house salad was so so good- I wish someone would tell me the recipe (pls) because I ate the whole bowl. The meat came out at a decent time and I enjoyed sides. They also offered buldak ramen, which my younger cousins enjoyed- so I’m sure other parents or family members may wonder what else kids may enjoy here. I will definitely be back!“

“If anyone likes noodles, try Kalgooksu jungle. They only serve for lunch and it's for two people. It's cooked on the table. Lot's of mushrooms and veggie. The stew tastes very pure. Once you're done with noodles, the server will make porridge using the remainder of the stew. No words can describe it. Simply try!“

“The food is good. They serve your order pretty fast. Maximum 5 items per order but no limit (cuz all you can eat). Minus 1 star because the inside is too smoky. The exhaust hood is not strong enough to get all the smoke out. Overall, I still recommend this place with such value and quality of the food.“

“I’ve been to the La Habra location and it’s nice to know that the Rowland Heights location is just as yummy and has the same amazing deals like their lunch specials at $22.99. I do really enjoy that I can instantly eat because the marinated meats are the meat buffet . So no waiting involved except for the grill to be heated!!! There are over 7 different types of proteins at the meat bar and other set menu of items you can order with your server like beef belly and brisket or thin sliced pork belly. Their higher priced sets include LA Galbi, Seafood, Steamed Egg and so much more. I love how I can end my meal with a JIN RAMEN . If you never had Ramen at the end, you need to. It’s 10/10!“
