Let me first say that I am not a dessert person. I don't usually eat cake, but when I do... um! that cake has to be yummy and quality enough to be worth the calories and fat. Then I took my first bite of Cooshi's English breakfast + Biscuit cake... time stopped... noise faded away.... Super moist cake. Balanced sweetness. Hints of milk tea. Brilliant.
Ordered an 8" Victoria sponge cake for my wife's birthday, Jai was super responsive, helpful and lovely. The cake was one of the best I've ever had. It looked amazing and was a huge hit.
