Every single time I come to this Carl's the fries are fresh. I work nights, so the only rough part is they close at midnight. These 3 LADIES seem to take actual pride in their work, and their efforts and service make my food taste even more delicious and I look forward to rolling up to the window. I wish I had gotten her name because I would have given a shout out to her fr. Having a good customer service experience is important. We need to remember to tip the employees their jobs matter just as much as the next job or person. It shows appreciation as we all know they don't run into the friendliest people sometime and still have to keep a professional manner. I used to work retail, so I understand it! I work at Cam now and i literally go to ventura just for the fresas con crema. The crepes are so good, and the owners are really nice. Totally recommend this place for a quick grab and go or for a lunch break.“

Despite that, one of the employees fixed the soda machine when I asked if the soda machine was dispensing mineral water and clarified on instructions to get throughly mixed soda when I asked a few seconds later. Excellent customer service, definitely recommend the food.“
