“Had a coupon for 50% off of a nice burger. Added a small side of fried zucchini. Still came to almost $12. I know all the reasons for high fast food prices in CA, I just don't understand how most of them stay in business. Anyway the burger was pretty good when I got it home. The lady at the counter was nice, the place was empty, the drive-thru had a couple of cars.“

“I live in Branson,MO but when I come to CA. I have to eat there as much as possible.“

“Couple of the smaller cheap things don't taste very good, but when you get there more expensive items like the new burger they have, or one of their euros, or even their turkey sandwich it's just all so delicious. In the staff is always super friendly.“

“Whomever was working the drive-thru on 11/27 right before 4:30pm should be given recognition for their customer service skills. It's a tough day to be working in the first place. I can remember having to do it in the past. So it was nice to see an upbeat employee not disgruntled for working a holiday and also delivering quality customer service on top of the fact.
And hats off to the rest of the staff that I didn't get to see. My food was on point!

“Our family went to eat at Carls today, Christmas Day. Jorge was the cashier who served us. Great customer service despite being super busy with a 2 person team and training someone new! Super friendly, kind, and even wore his Santa hat & mask to say hello to our daughter! We appreciate this kind of service and this will continue to be our go to place!“

“I had an incredible experience at Chick-fil-A today! Even though it was extremely busy, the service was outstanding. A special shoutout to Joy, who delivered some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. She was professional efficient and informative -- the kind of service that truly keeps customers like me coming back.

Armando and Gabby were also fantastic. Despite the rush, they stayed friendly, efficient, and made sure everything ran smoothly. It's clear this team takes pride in their work and cares about the customer experience.

As for the food -- it was excellent, as always! I usually get the meal #3 combo, 12-count, large size, but today I also tried the wrap and it was delicious. “My mom and I stopped in for lunch this afternoon and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The dining room was clean and tidy and we were greeted by a friendly man at the counter. I heard him speak Spanish and decided to impress him with my bilingual skills. I ordered in Spanish and then we had a nice conversation in his native language. According to the receipt, his name was Luciano and he made our whole lunch experience extremely enjoyable and I will definitely be coming back!“

“It's been a long long time since I've been to a Tommy's and decided to stop in on a Friday evening during a drive south to LA.

This location is right off the 101 in Ventura and has a great drive through. Unfortunately the lack of an ordering screen and the loud road noise nearby, cause the chili dog I had ordered along with a double chili burger to translated as an order of chili fries.

That issue aside the food was hot, well seasoned and just what I remembered in terms of heavy, rich, salty, savory chili piles on crisp fries and hot beef. Tommy's is truly indulgent and has been around for decades for a reason. The photos may not look appetizing, but it's some gooood stuff.

Grab some extra napkins and try Tommy's if you've never been but check on your order carefully if there's any confusion during the order process. I'm sure I'll be back.“

“Good taste, but prices are becoming outrageous. Employees are usually nice, although sometimes seem unsure of things. I don't mind if they take a little extra time to clarify th8ngs with me or as a supervisor about something...that's a part of learning. It bothers me when they ask specifically how much of something I'd like and then don't accommodate. Then DON'T ASK?
Overall, I'd still rate pretty high for fast food.“

“Haven't "dined in" for several years at any classic fast-food with a drive up until this stop. The dining room was exceptionally clean, as was the bathroom. The fries I got were not fresh. Pretty basic seating area with no real views, was not very inviting.“

Didn't hear them call my order, they were so nice and insistent to remake my order.
I was embarrassed for not hearing it being called. They made me feel so much better and we're amazing at handling it the way they did.
