Gloria was absolutely amazing! Such a sweetheart and was exactly the personality I needed after an 8 hour shift!!
I too have gotten ignored by the staff.McDonald’s use to have the best fries and chicken nuggets. Fries are always burnt and cold, we usually get scraps. Chicken nuggets are probably sitting in the counter for about ten minutes because when I go through the drive thru the person tells me to park in a certain number and other cars are parked in the number they asked me to park in. I have come in a few times and every time I have to wait for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me . Then I have to wait again for someone to take my order. I do not like using the kiosk. Even if I did it doesn't make it faster. I still have to wait. I have watched them finish orders and leave by the prep area then maybe 5-10 minutes later they will call you and by then the food is cold or just warm.
