McDonald's, Me & my daughter had stopped in for a couple of drinks, one large Regular Coke & one large Diet Coke & two Ice Cream Cones. Note: my cone had another piece of cone stuck inside the outer one with paper still on it. ? OMG! What a surprise I'm just glad I didn't eat the paper & I showed my daughter & so be sure to check your cones!!! ? I have witnessed the manager Margarita be very rude and aggressive to her staff. She speaks down on them and tosses orders at them and it is visible they are uncomfortable. She has also been rude when giving orders and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every other staff member I have had great experience with.

Had a mobile order and even after it stated that the order was ready for pick up ...once we arrived we had to wait for our order for over 30mins and once we got the order stuff was missing from the order. Got off the car to go inside and get the missing food and once inside the staff ignored me and no one came to the counter to help until I spoke up and said, "Can I get some help?" Very disappointed with the service ...
