“Starbucks is unlike any other coffee shop that you can ever encounter its classy atmosphere is perfect for business, meet ups, romantic dates, and hang outs or just a place to sit down and catch up on your homework it’s food and service are incredible. Everyone is so friendly and always trying to meet your needs come to Starbucks you won’t regret it!!!

Kid-friendliness: If you have kids that want to feel grown up but your unsure if you want them drinking coffee or not ask for your favorite coffee cream based and it has no caffeine in it instead Starbucks puts extra cream that’s nice and sweet and creamy it’s just like a milkshake!“

“One of the better Starbucks I've visited. Coffee drinks are consistent and are beautifully created. The workers make it clear that they care about their work. Very cool!!The store is very small, so a little tight trying to navigate between people sitting and talking vs people in line to order vs people waiting on their orders.“

“I love the Starbucks on Caldwell. I thinks it’s the best one in Visalia. With there great customer service. I have to give a shout-out to Jose (I think) I could be wrong. He is super sweet and his politeness goes a long way. “I love the people there! They always take care of my drink order, and they know me by name. They treat me like I'm family, and that makes me stop by two or three times a day for my drink order. They know what I order before I say anything. I love that place.“

“The staff here are awesome!! I've never had a bad experience with a single employee I've met at this location, and I've gone here plenty of times in the past. I have had some specific issues with orders being completed incorrectly, but they are super on top of it and fix the issues with no complaints whatsoever. Baristas really do a service to the public and these specific ones deserve all the respect.“

“Been coming to this Starbucks for the past 5+ years since moving to Visalia. They have always been friendly, professional, & chatty (but not Dutch Bros chatty where you feel pressure to talk--no shade just my opinion). “I absolutely love this Starbucks in Visalia. I live in Selma, but every time I come to Visalia I always order from this Starbucks because of the great service I always receive. And every time I come they are always cleaning their bathroom. And I love that. I hate going in a dirty bathroom to clean my hands. Kiah Green went above to help us out with whatever we needed, and she did it with a big bright smile. Honestly all the employees are always so sweet here.“

“Who don't like starbucks really good people to talk to and they are super nice and help you with anything, the only reason I put a 4 star is when I pick my drinks up one with no ice wasn't filled to the top it had a big gap where they could fill it all they way up.“

“Faster than some other Starbucks in town and usually very friendly staff. I always order soy milk due to sensitivity and they almost never get it wrong. Accidents do happen and this location can get extremely busy due to location, so always be aware of what time you're visiting and adjust expectations!“
