“Starbucks is unlike any other coffee shop that you can ever encounter its classy atmosphere is perfect for business, meet ups, romantic dates, and hang outs or just a place to sit down and catch up on your homework it’s food and service are incredible. Everyone is so friendly and always trying to meet your needs come to Starbucks you won’t regret it!!!

Kid-friendliness: If you have kids that want to feel grown up but your unsure if you want them drinking coffee or not ask for your favorite coffee cream based and it has no caffeine in it instead Starbucks puts extra cream that’s nice and sweet and creamy it’s just like a milkshake!“

“One of the better Starbucks I've visited. Coffee drinks are consistent and are beautifully created. The workers make it clear that they care about their work. Very cool!!The store is very small, so a little tight trying to navigate between people sitting and talking vs people in line to order vs people waiting on their orders.“

“Devon is very rude. He never says excuse me if they are out of a certain product he will just ask if we want tk cancel the order or get a dofferent drink instead of offering suggestions and on multiple occasions he just slides the drink on the cojnter and does not call out a name. On the other hand every other employee has a very great attitude and are very pleasant.“

“The staff here are awesome!! I've never had a bad experience with a single employee I've met at this location, and I've gone here plenty of times in the past. I have had some specific issues with orders being completed incorrectly, but they are super on top of it and fix the issues with no complaints whatsoever. Baristas really do a service to the public and these specific ones deserve all the respect.“

“Been coming to this Starbucks for the past 5+ years since moving to Visalia. They have always been friendly, professional, & chatty (but not Dutch Bros chatty where you feel pressure to talk--no shade just my opinion). I have never had a bad experience but today I decided to share because my family & I had a rather unexpected but much appreciated experience with receiving free drinks. It's not about the value but the offer to bless someone with items that were just going to get tossed. Made our day & it's the kindness & great atmosphere that keeps me coming back.“

“This has to be one of the best Starbucks in Visalia. I always get the best service when I go, and everyone is super nice/attentive. The food and drinks come out very fast, you can tell the staff takes their job very serious. They just a few remodels to the store and it is very clean and tidy.“

“I had a pleasant experience visiting this store recently, and Parker did a great job taking my order and seemed very chill and nonchalant. Other staff were also friendly, it was not busy at all inside when I went. It seemed to be mostly mobile orders and the drive thru. I spoke with one of the managers Mackenzee who helped address some concerns I had after visiting another location, really appreciated that and the professionalism. This store was nice and clean, would be a good place to hang out and get work done.

As a side note, the person who designed the parking lot should have chosen a different career. Also quite a bit of vagrancy nearby, just something to be aware of, though it's more an issue near the AutoZone / bus stop. Otherwise a convenient location for when you're on-the-go around town.“

“I love the people there! They always take care of my drink order, and they know me by name. They treat me like I'm family, and that makes me stop by two or three times a day for my drink order. They know what I order before I say anything. I love that place.“

“I was very tired and needed a pick me up so I stopped to get a vente quad Expresso moca. The server didn't seem excited to be there and the customers weren't looking too happy so I got my order and got out of there. Maybe I just cought them at a bad time.“

The service was fast and the staff were super friendly – such a welcoming vibe with beautiful people and smiles all around. Only downside was the smell outside, kind of like nearby farms, which was a bit off-putting. But once inside, everything was great. I’d definitely stop by again!“
