We have been going to this store often on Saturdays. Have always been greeted and acknowledged. On Sunday 7/23/23, we went in and were not acknowledged, period. The lady at the register was having a problem with a refund and her coworker was not very forthcoming with info on how to correct. In fact, he was rude. Server seemed to care less about being there. I had to go to my car to get a coupon. I left $20 for my order. I came back in with coupon, and was told I left no money. Just recently being out of the hospital, I had no energy to argue with her so I payed again. I do know she pocketed that 20. I will never buy my subs there again, and I hope nobody will.
