“Sweet Maple has had its Walnut Creek location open for a little while now. When it first opened, there were long lines of customers, so we decided to wait before trying it for brunch.

We ordered the Millionaire's Bacon and the Tornado Galbi Omurice. The Millionaire's Bacon consists of two thick-cut strips glazed with a sweet maple coating. It was delicious, although a bit too sweet for our taste. At $15 for two strips of bacon, it may appear somewhat overpriced to some customers.

The Tornado Galbi Omurice was an interesting fusion of Korean and Western cuisine. The dish was flavorful, and the combination of tender galbi, fluffy eggs, and seasoned rice worked very well together.

Both dishes were beautifully prepared and presented, and the service was attentive and friendly. Overall, we had a very enjoyable brunch experience and would recommend Sweet Maple if you're looking for a creative and well-executed brunch.“
