“Great Great place to eat! Today I had the pleasure of meeting server Alxsa. She is an absolute doll!! Extremely polite, attentive and has great presence. This location, in my opinion, has the best overall atmosphere and food. Always very well maintained. Staff does an awesome job everytime. Thanks again to Alxsa. She rocked it!!!“

“Well. What can I say but have a rave about the exceptional service and food we had there today. They went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. We came in for the first time today not knowing what to expect and I was craving a filet mignon for my anniversary lunch, and although they don’t usually have it for lunch, they made it for us special for our anniversary and it was excellent! The service was superb, the food delish, and omg the butter cake dessert was melt in the mouth take me away to heaven good. We were so impressed we have decided any other celebrations will take place there and we will share the goodness to everyone we know plus some.“

“I had an amazing experience and would definitely give this place 5 stars! The food was delicious, everything came out fresh, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Cristy, our waitress, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. She truly made our dining experience even better. “Our time at the fruit yard was amazing. The service, food and ambiance was fantastic. The large assortment of dishes for brunch was awesome. We will be back soon. We were amazed at the different types of chickens, ducks and swans. That was just roaming around on the landscaped grounds“

“Stopped by after a skate trip to the oakdale skatepark. This place is 2 mins away and had the best food. We had 2 picky youngsters and they were super happy with the menu. My western burger was delicious. Great flavor and lots of bacon. 10 out of 10!“

“Food was great. FYI: This is not a restaurant - it is more like a specialty food store that makes a lot of take-home fresh and freezer items. Everything they make is made fresh in house. Cookies are unbelievable. Only open three days a week to the public for takeout. On the other days they cater and at times hold private cooking classes. Neat little place and people.“

“Jams 209 is our weekly or bi-weekly spot that my family goes too. We love the music, food and our favorite person is Erin because of her great customer service. She goes above and beyond. As regulars we can count on Erin to make sure service is smooth and very hospitable. My husband and I have a weekly lunch date or biweekly and our family enjoys dinner together as often as we can. Thanks Erin for always having a smile, enjoying what you do and for always providing great customer service!! Even when it’s busy you manage to take time to say hello to us and make us feel like family. Your the best!!“

“The servers are always courteous, always ready & willing to please, management checks in on guests , food comes out in a timely manner & most always the servers seem to work there and are smiling. Other restaurants could learn from them for sure!! Great tasting food, healthy portions to where we always take home, a variety of food for everyone’s different tastes & great tasting drinks.“

“First time at this location since we moved here for South Bay Area. We had the pleasure from being served by Elissa. Although other staff were nice to ask us if everything was ok, that wasn’t even our host. Elissa was very helpful showing us how to pay with table kiosk. And she came with food promptly. The food was great I had a mushroom burger with extra mushrooms, and even got extra mushrooms served in a small bowl. Mushrooms are healthy, burger was great! My wife had BBQ chicken wings which she enjoyed. Price was a little higher but well worth it!“

“The door was supposed to be disabled access, but it kept closing, so I had to hold it open while taking my aunt inside in a wheelchair. Staff did not offer to help. We got great food, but the waitress didn't check soon enough to see when we wanted dessert or bring lids for condiments for food we were taking to-go. Prices also wound up higher than we were quoted. The grilled cheese burger and its fries were quite good, but the apple crisp a la mode was my favorite of that outing. My mom also didn't get enough to eat because she had them hold the cilantro rice, and the waitress didn't offer to substitute something else.“

“New ownership has turned over a new leaf.
The staff are helpful and polite.
There are fresher and more variety of ingredients.
The store is clean and tidy.
The only complaint I have is that often walk-in customers are placed below order-ahead customers which leads to slower service and extra waiting too nobodies benefit.“
