“It was my first time ordering from this company and, the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is becasue the order took over 14 days to get to me. However, everything was packaged well, it was undoubtebly fresh, and exactly as expected. So, if you need your herbs immediately maybe try a diff route but if you can wait, they're def good quality product as advertised. Will order again.“

“I just have to say, as someone that comes here frequently (But does not usually leave reviews in general) I just came online to find the holiday hours and felt the need to leave a review after seeing a review on google that is not reflective of my experiences at craft. First of all, I can only speak for my experience but the girls there are lovely, and even when it is slammed they always get my food to me quickly. It is such a nice environment to sit in there (literally a thousand times better than a crowded starbucks) and i have always received great customer service. they even have served me lunch before it was even available one time, which was a hassle for them but they went out of their way to do it anyways.
I wanted to keep this place as my little secret but every time i go there it is busier and busier so i realize people are finding out about it.. clearly the owners put dedication into the food and menu because it is HANDS DOWN the most consistently good and updated menu (like consistent as in its the same preparation and quality everytime i go there which is not easy to find in this town)....and it is clearly made fresh every day which is why it has quickly become my favorite place in town. I recently found out they are on uber eats and i swear they are going to run me dry because im lazy and their acai bowls are the best of anywhere i have tried. i literally get two lol. sorry for rambling i just love this place so much and it is hard for me to believe anyone would take their time to complain about one of the only good fresh food places we have in town!“

“I genuinely appreciate this starbucks location and their staff. I’ve never ever had an experience when i’ve ordered something and got what I actually paid for. I always ask for extra strawberries in my pink drink and it always seems like they give me less when I ask for extra, BUT NOT HERE!! They gave me so much of what I asked for I really appreciated that. Their customer service was really friendly I even felt like a coworker haha!
