“I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a while and have always loved the welcoming atmosphere and the sense of community it provides. Howard Schultz’s vision of Starbucks as a ‘third place’ a warm, inviting space for connection and belonging has always resonated with me. I usually grab coffee after settling in to study, but today a new employee asked me to purchase something first. While I understand the policy, it felt slightly out of step with the inclusive spirit Starbucks is known for. Overall, though, this location remains one of my favorite spots.“
“Amazing and kindhearted service at Watsonville Starbucks location too! I guess this is the 50th Starbucks I have been to across the US and then some in other countries.
There are different blends of coffee and light roast has typically higher amount of caffeine than dark roast.
I ordered also plain bagels warmed and they tasted so amazing. Crispy outside and chewy inside. Just perfect.
I love the design and interior in this Starbucks location as well and the knowledge of coffee and kind hearted service from baristas.

“My only complain is, that I feel front parking should be for customers and not employees, every time I go in the mornings front parking is full and only 1 or 2 customers inside. I know there is a drive through, but prefer not get my drink and food inside. Other than that, food si great, drinks are great, and so far employees have been friendly.“
“I love the staff and always find coffee great. My only complaint is the bathroom and this is for all new locations; it’s nasty! No sinks and you must touch the door with your dirty hands to get out to use the sink. Eww. How did this pass Starbucks? Anyway, great team at this store.“
