“The customer service is fantastic. I came in to the shop greeted with smiles from the wonderful staff. Jenny is a sweetheart who recommended me their best burrito, and was kind enough to hook me up with a donut. Wonderful atmosphere and the food was amazing. Was gonna take my food to go, but was easily convinced to sit down and try it. Ended up devouring everything LOL. Could not recommend this place enough and will be coming back again“

Very limited parking in the back, also some parking on the street and nearby plaza. Having grill pork with rice and Mung Bean drink. The meat tastes good, though the veggies don’t look fresh to me. Would give 3 but decide 4 star because of their good service.
You can also ask for different dish outside of the menu.“

“I visited LA to check out the food scene recently. Initially, I was supposed to go to a birria truck in the Sherman Oaks area to find out it was extremely far from where I was staying. My BnB host told me to check out this spot (not to be confused with the restaurant across the street). When I walked up and saw 3 Hispanic guys sitting enjoying their meal, I knew it was gonna be good. I ordered the quesitaco and birria ramen which was about $18. Very filling and a great price“

The food was really good. I like chicken and Canes has chicken so I like canes. The chicken at canes was good so I think canes was good. The fries were just ok though they tasted pretty bland honestly but the canes sauce and the toast were both really good. The drive thru looked pretty long so maybe just order inside if you don't want to wait. The bathrooms were a little gross so probably avoid using those too. Overall I like canes bc I like chicken. Don't come here if you don't like chicken. The whole menu is chicken. They had some cool post malone posters too but i didn't get any. Get the three piece combo it's good :)

“They rush too much, so they have given us lukewarm fries several times. They are too expensive for that nonsense. That’s the case at most chains, including CFA, but at these prices, it feels criminal.

Sorry to say this, but sometimes, it looks like a circus in there. I mean how many people can you have running around in that tiny space and still the bathroom is gross?

One-quarter of the employees don’t look like they know what’s going on at all. Maybe they need to pay more to keep staff?

We do continue to patronize this location, but I think that’s only because there’s not another one very close that has a drive-through.

Three of us got a double burger each and one medium - any other place but 5 Guys would call it large - order of fries, light (regular) on the Cajun spices. We got shakes, too.
