We've driven by this place a few times, when we go to Cheers, and swear that "We'll try it NEXT time." On a Saturday morning, trying to figure what to eat, and what's actually open in the area. Came in, seated right away. Friendly service. Open seating area, well lit, and clean. Service was prompt and friendly. They played OLD SCHOOL Cantonese music, which was nice. I thought I was in the wrong place the first time I came here. Where were they? Where was their red and black sign? I drove all around the Tokyo Central/Fitness 19 parking lot before I realized there is no Delicious Food Corner signage. Their signage says DFC Express. When I first saw it, I thought "Delaware Fried Chicken?" This location has been going through growing pains. I'm not sure why they called themselve express. I ordered the Satay Beef soup...the broth was delicious but they put some rancid pineapple chunks in it...I will never order it again... I also tried their chicken feet...it was ok....I also order the Crispy Taro with shrimp spring roll....delicious!!!
