We went today bought to go one menu was mixed with old and new, grilled pork was like rubber- like when chewing it and it smells not new anymore.
The Phil House has better people.
If I can give a 0 star I would, I know it’s a late order around 7:30pm but how old is their rice to be serving spoiled rice to customers like that
