The restaurant feels alive. No two tables are alike, every corner is decorated, and live flowers are all over.

The menu has a mix of traditional Armenian plates and Americanized offerings, along with an extensive coffee list.

“I would say this is one of the better diners/coffee shops in the valley. I stopped in for my first time this morning and was pleasantly surprised, it was actually better than I was expecting. It’s a traditional American diner complete with fast service, fair prices, and a huge menu. There is a large free parking lot attached in the back otherwise free street parking is also easy to find. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out within 10 minutes.

For my breakfast I chose the Sausage Patty Benedict and added avocado and really enjoyed it. It was better than it looks in the photos. The sausage is grilled so it has that nice grill flavor and the hollandaise was not too watery. I also got a side of sliced tomatoes and would suggest trying them too as a side. Inside is pretty large with counter, booth, and table seating and can host many different size groups. I would highly recommend and will be back again in the future.“

“Stopped here on the way to the airport and I was not disappointed! I had a ham, cheese, mushroom and onion omelette (not on the menu exactly) with country potatoes and it was delicious! The coffee was good, the food came fast and got and the server was great. I'll be eating here again when I'm back in town. But they are cash only, luckily I had some on hand . . .“

Had a wonderful experience at IHOP! The personnel were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared — fluffy pancakes, generous portions, and great quality overall. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and relaxed, creating the perfect vibe for a nice breakfast or brunch. Excellent service, great food, and a pleasant environment. Highly recommended!“

“Eggs and Things is a wonderful restaurant right out of the Ventura Boulevard style. The food is great. The free appetizer is a nice little surprise and the most delicious toast I’ve ever had and if I’m not mistaken, it is buttered on both sides!

The place is a little bit loud, but that’s only because it’s so popular. We try to go weekly and it’s great for Easter!

“What a wonderful gem of a cafe! Such a delicious menu, everything is made fresh daily. The owner has been a chef over 20 years and takes pride in offering healthy delicious food. Caitlyn was a charming barista making sure I had a delightful experience.“

“Only 4 Stars because the eggs where fully scrambled instead of the signature runny eggs. I've been to a few location and the one in downtown LA next to the E-line is my favorite one to go to. Will come back to this location and try again. Still a big fan of Egg tuck every cook makes food different that's anywhere you go.“

“Yeah it's expensive, as any restaurant located in an upscale office area in a concrete jungle is, but the food is pretty darned good. They had another Trimana that I went to more often, up the street, but it floated off down the river during the pandemic. The manager of this one on Oxnard is a very nice man and he even said that he can't control the costs - except if they were use cheaper quality ingredients and then it wouldn't be as good. I recommend any of the salads or sandwiches. You can't go wrong with like any of them. If you have no food in the fridge at home or need to go for a lunch meeting, go to this Trimana, you won't be sorry.“

“It was a good time with the family here, The Bacon Temptation Omelet at IHOP is a satisfying. It's packed with crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and fluffy eggs and a side of pancakes. “went to ihop this morning and had a really great experience! i ordered the classic pancake combo with bacon and scrambled eggs, plus a side of hash browns. everything came out fresh and tasted great. the service was fast and waiters were friendly. amy, the manager, came by to check on us and she was very kind and helpful.“
