I've been ordering from them for the past 3 days in a row.

The guy serving us was incredible, offered a replacement if the Açai was too frozen. Also let us try the coconut flavor.

“Laveta is a super cute minimalistic cafe located close to echo park lake in Los Angeles. They have their own parking lot, which already is an A+. But since it is a small lot, there is street parking all around. They have really cool inside seating as well as outdoor seating.

They offer coffee, matcha and teas. But let’s not ignore the food they offer, which I highly recommend you try out! I’ve heard the burger is delicious but haven’t tried it because I’m obsessed with their Avacado toast! It’s literally the best Avacado I’ve had! Their coffee is good as well. I’ve had their iced vanilla latte, which you can’t go wrong with. I also enjoyed one of their signature coffee, the laveta.

I went to this other place to try açaí bowls thinking it was going to taste like the blue majik in roots and rye but it was so badddd. So hands down the best blue majik. “Swung by Oakberry hoping to relive the magic, but the açaí just doesn’t slap like it used to. The texture and flavor felt a little off — not as rich or bold as I remember. Still fresh, just not hitting the same.

But shoutout to the girl working — she was shy but really nice, super polite, and made the whole experience better. Sometimes a good vibe at the counter goes a long way. Service: 10/10. Açaí: room for improvement.“

“I was driving through town and stumbled upon Uptown Coffee. The vibe was welcoming and the shop was clean. Their espresso was smooth and rich without any bitterness at all. I didn’t get a chance to ask what blend they were using, but the low acidity really made my drink that much more enjoyable. The peach tea was also delicious! I can’t wait to stop in again.“

“Got the acai bowl and chipotle chicken wrap. I really enjoyed both to be honest. The mix of ingredients to acai in the bowl made it mix well and the wrap had the right amount of sauce which, in my experience, seems hard to get right. This place does it right“

“The smoothie that I always love to drink is a Magic Bullet, full of organic nutrition and spirulina, a vegetable protein easy to digest... Spirulina has very thin cell walls making it a protein easiest of all proteins for the body to metabolize, very accessible for the human digestive system. “My husband is a tennis player, so we love the Courtside Caffe at the Burbank Tennis Center. My fave is the Greek salad. My husband likes the pita pizza and burgers. The seasoning is wonderful. Today I had a “fried chicken sandwich” not fried or breaded., but grilled. Delicious! Their smoothies are yummy. And we’re sitting here watching people on two courts play, with a backdrop of the Verdugo Mountains. Gorgeous!“
