Henry’s Secret Ice Cream Shop is the real deal. Dense, custard-like texture, none of that airy filler stuff. Nothing tastes fake and artificial. The strawberry tastes like real fruit, macerated down until it’s almost jammy. Even the vanilla has visible bean flecks and real depth.
Nothing here is oversweetened to hide shortcuts and I mean it. Every flavor tastes like someone made it with care, not a factory formula. If you find this place, go. Get two scoops.

I got the strawberry and pistachio brittle. Strawberry was alright— not creamy enough for my tastes. Pistachio brittle was better but I don’t know that it was worth all the hype. Would I go through all the trouble to get it again? Prob not.

Henry’s Secret Ice Cream Shop has dense custard-like texture and real fruit flavor. The strawberry tastes like real fruit, almost jammy, and the vanilla has visible bean flecks and real depth. Every flavor is not fake or artificial and is not oversweetened. The pistachio brittle flavor is solid with nut brittles that added crunchy texture and rich caramel flavor. The shop did provide simple cooler bag with ice pack for pickup and two scoops get a pint that is creamy and rich. They find the place real deal and go for the weekly ice cream drop.
