“Worked on a low budget movie here in town and Marcos and his daughter, Jacqueline, hooked up our cast and crew with late night catering for two of our days. The food is terrific and Marcos and Jacqueline were too kind. They really worked with our catering budget as well which was greatly appreciated. Jacqueline went above and beyond as well and drove to the house we were shooting at making sure we had enough plates for the order. Great service, great food (try the carnitas!), highly recommend.”

“Service is always quick, and the atmosphere is great. Super kid friendly! The first time I was here was for my kids' schools parent club meeting (lol). They have juices for the kids and a fridge with plenty of non alcoholic beverages. We have been back a few times since because they often have different food vendors that are great. Definitely stop by when Blue Stone Pizza or Motherlode Deli are here.”

“The food is really good, especially the super burrito, tacos, and super tacos, though I have heard good things about their quesadilla and taco salad. I personally love getting their shrimp super burrito, with no rice, extra sour cream, and a horchata on the side. They, in my opinion, have the best horchata I have ever tasted.”

“This is a surprisingly great little breakfast and lunch spot. Great service, good food and reasonable prices. We split a turkey avocado swiss sandwich on a croissant. It really hit the spot for a hungry couple!

“Food was great. Taco Diner has large tacos and the bean and rice side had a great flavor. You get about half a cup of each side. But every taste great. Randomly came in after a hike. Worker were nice and environment was quiet.

“Typical old American experience. A meal back in history, with friendly staff. There is a wood stove in the middle of the place to keep us warm and two great dogs walking around. Open for breakfast and lunch, selling a few other commodities as well. We were biking through the region, and it is the oy option within miles. We also spent the night in the rustic camping ground right behind it (but owned by a different person).”
