“I wrote a review before but had to write another to share how amazing this place is! If you're driving through, please go try!Wrenn always comes up with new and tasty creative drinks for us to try! The new Coconut Lavender Dark Mocha was so yummy! I recommend giving it a try one day!And I gotta say I've tried a decent amount of dirty chais. Just recently was out of town and tried a new place....NOTHING compares to the ones you'll get here. The spicy chai they use, the rich dark Espresso, and the love that gets put into every drink is worth every penny! The drinks and Wrenns energy will just brighten your day! ”
“The best breakfast burrito I've had ever. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very homey. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm back to Pine Grove.”
“Great place to stop on the way home skiing. The vibe is great and the patio has lovey views of trees that make you forget you are on the side of a highway. The beer was also good and they have food trucks for food.”
“I'm a food truck connoisseur / lover & I can't believe we didn't start coming here sooner!! Now we always stop by at LEAST once a week but we often eat there 2 or 3 times a week!!Everything on the menu is amazing, but we both tend to stick to our regular order most of the time! I get 2 super chicken tacos (extra spicy!) & Keary gets a super chicken burrito. It's delicious, always the perfect amount of food (never too full but always satisfied) & you can't beat the price! Our usual is $14!Service is friendly, fast & efficient (they remembered us like the 3rd time we went there & if you call your order in first there's no wait - if not there's usu a line). There's plenty of parking & they're just off of Hwy 88 in Pine Grove, so it's a convenient stop to make on the way back from Jackson.Hands down one of the BEST trucks I've EVER been to! If you're heading up to South Lake Tahoe it's definitely worth a stop!”
“As good as it gets in a one horse town. Real beef tacos. Fish tacos. Orchata. All on hit.Vegetarian options: Veggie burrito whole beans. Bean tostada. Veggie fajitas.”
“All I ordered was fries. These fries are no joke! 4 pounds in the bag! Lol I'm not even kidding. They are NOT battered also which I am so happy About! So good, so nostalgic and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some classic frosty fare!”
“Food and Service were great. As for ambiance, could use some more color and art work to liven it up. I had the Shane Stack and some of the best pancakes I've ever had, moist and fluffy. Breakfast was served in large portions, so you could even split the pancakes. The side bacon was thick cut and very flavorful, just right. This is definitely our new breakfast stop. Will have to try lunch as well.”
“Always the best from this establishment! Absolute goodness provided with a kindness you won't find many places. We have become regulars over time and still find it exciting to see what we will try next. With a menu that changes seasonally and an atmosphere that is always delightful we hope you take the time to give them a try as well.”
“Hidden behind the hamburger sign, is a lovely local restaurant. The place has plenty of seats for the population of the town, and enough to handle skiers.A lot of locals hangout at this spot and it is quite lively on the weekends.Food wise is what one would expect from a small town. The price you pay is not bad for a four course meal. Not bad to stop by if you are hungry.”
“Spaghetti and 4 hige meatballs!Chicken Alfredo! With garlic bread! We love it and order out 3-4 times a monthGreat value for 2 people under 25 bucks!Don't forget to tip!”
“This donut spot has a standard section of good looking and tasty donuts. They are very basic donuts but generally well executed. They are somewhat high priced, but they are the only choice for several miles. The service is friendly and parking is usually pretty available.”
“Family visits here often. When I come to visit we always stop here. Food and service is great. Price reasonable. Wheelchair accessible. Kid friendly. Everyone has a different dish and all very good. 2 & 3 year olds ate a little of everyones.”
“We had the turkey sandwich. I would say this was one of the best turkey sandwich’s that I have eaten. We are excited about going back and trying more of there backed goods.”
“Favorite bubble bar ever. They have a great selection of sparkling wines and beers. It is kinda cold and loud, but it's not the type of place to spend a long time. It's a pop in spot that's a must visit whenever you're in Sutter Creek.”
“considering the place updated, or fancy and painted in horrible colors the food was surprisingly amazing. Wasn't fond of having to stand in line to order and pay before getting served and then wait to be seated, very strange way of doing things, but the food was amazing...”
“I got to be the first to Order the Willows Monte Cristo with bacon. Excellent. This is our go-to place. The staff is excellent and super friendly! And Ms. Willow is quite a character! (In a good way).”
“This is my second time coming to this establishment and each time has been great! Grew up eating a lot of pho and going to a bunch of different pho locations so this place is legit. The owner used to own and manage a pho restaurant in the Sacramento area but retired and closed it down. He is now out of retirement and running this restaurant now. This time around, we ordered the rare steak and beef ball pho, fried egg rolls, and crispy squid. All items came out fast and were all hot and tasty. The pho here always hits the spot - the broth is flavorful and clean. The location is prime as it is in the Safeway plaza so tons of parking, gas station near by, and other restaurants in the vicinity. Inside is clean and the service was great! I will say, this place is a little pricy for pho compared to other pho restaurants but it is still worth the pay since this is the only pho joint in Amador County.”
“If I could give 10 stars I would! Ray’s pizza is so delicious, great quality, easy, and convenient. Their customer service is also pleasant, sweet, and never messes up an order. We always order Ray’s and specifically when we have out-of-town guests, they are always pleasantly surprised how delicious this “take and bake pizza” is. We perfected cooking the pizzas in our specific oven and we probably eat Ray’s 1 to 2 nights a week. Not only are the pizzas delicious, they have garlic cheesy bread that is killer, and the chicken wings are the perfect addition. I cook the wings in my air fryer, they come out perfectly crispy, and at the same time as the pizza. I haven’t ordered their salad yet, but I have ordered the cookie dough which was the best ending to a comfort food night!!”
“The entire crew has always been so good to Katie and myself their quality, service are always so great, treating us like family and making us feel so welcome. The food is as good as it gets, Rod , Dune and all are so nice. Their just good people.”
“Visited this place yesterday while driving around the area and looking for wineries that were open during holiday Christmas week. Found this one and the place had some good wines. Good sparking wines as well and in a very quiet and nice atmosphere. The ambiance was nice and really quiet during the time we went so that was cool. The people were friendly and very welcoming and enjoyed this hospitality! Will definitely be back.”
“This place is so great! The salad bar was generous with a great variety of toppings and the gluten free pizza was tasty but the axe throwing was the highlight. My husband took to it right away but I couldn't get the hang of it and the owner took time to give me pointers which immediately made it way fun. Next time we are in Jackson, we will definitely be back.”
“Pizza plus is delicious. We have their pizza at least once a week and switch up flavors because all their pizza is good. The Salad bar is amazing and always fresh n full of delicious items.Meatball sandwhich hits the spot, and calzones always filled to perfection.”
“Wow! We just happened into Renegade today, and I am so glad we did. The patio was super cute, and very dog friendly. I was also so excited to see how many good gluten free options there were...and they actually tasted good! Their wines are equally as delicious...my favorites were the Pinotage, Tempranillo, and Mixed Breed Red. The service was awesome, and everyone is super friendly. We will definitely be back on our next trip!”
“I grew up coming to Teresa's with my parents and sister about once every few years, so coming in the week or two before Christmas was like walking down memory lane. Decorated for the holidays, it felt even warmer and cozier than I remember. My guy had never been before, and it was the perfect spot to stop in for an early dinner after day tripping in Jackson. Just as I remembered, the bread and soup were delectable to start, as were the generous salad portions - I can't rave enough about the toppings and dressing! For my main entree, I ordered the chicken piccata, and he chose the fettuccine Alfredo. By the time they arrived, we were nearly full from the bread, soup and salad, but still managed to push through ;) We "settled" for sharing dessert - walnut pie - because it felt criminal to leave without something sweet to top it all off. 10/10 would recommend this classic, unpretentious restaurant if you're craving great Italian home cooking. So happy to see that this local business has stood the test of time; check out their family history on the menu or ask your server! Bonus tip - if you're an animal lover, make sure to keep your eye out for the restaurant's unofficial mascot, a friendly neighborhood cat that was lounging on the porch outside when we got there and was particularly friendly.”
“Top notch establishment in all regards! A round of applause to the Chef and kitchen team, the menu options are broad yet cohesive and the execution of the food is exquisite! We enjoyed every single item from the soup of the day to the entrees to the delectable desserts! The atmosphere is classy in a casual way, feel free to dress up or just be comfortable. They have a fun bar area with a TV and plenty of great bourbon and other spirits, the menu of cocktails is a great mix of custom, classic & creative. And their dining area includes a lovely fireplace, mountain style architecture with distressed brick, love it!Service is fast, friendly and enjoyable, from the hostess, to the servers to the bar tenders, great all around!!”
“The wine continues to be one of the best and the best of the best was their Barbera and their GSM. Janet was an awesome host but Babs needs some customer service training.”
“Great local hang out. Stopped by after skiing. Donna, the bartender, was very friendly. The owner, Eric, came over and we chatted about bourbon. He bought me a shot of a special bourbon he has hiding in the cabinet, 10 year old Duke! Thanks Eric. I’ll be back.”
“I've gone in a couple times recently and I have to say Raquel is AMAZING! She's the reason I go back, her service and energy is perfect. She has a lot of ideas for the place and I think she will continue to do great.”
“Thank you to Steve and our hostess for being so welcoming and kind to us on our first visit as new members to the Bella Grace 2/25th event. The lunch was fantastic and the atmosphere was so relaxing and beautiful. We got to see the wine cave which was very cool visually and the temperature was perfect. All of the staff inside were really helpful and could tell we were looking around in joy and asked us if it was our first time there. They immediately gave us a big welcome, guided us to the tent to check in. We brought our special needs son who is 22 but needs a lot of care and EVERYONE was so kind in making our visit wonderful and relaxing for us. I picked up our wine, bought a little extra and a bottle of the Tuscan oil can’t wait to make some bread for dipping. Thank you again for a really nice first event for us and we look forward to many more. Cheers!”
“This is great homemade ice cream, but you have to be prepared to spend a bit, because all that homemade isn't cheap!! It's so yummy, but pretty expensive.”
