“We’ve been coming to this ihop for some time now , today was exceptionally different because on one of the hottest days of the year, their ac stopped working and all staff members were still here, fans on, fans around their necks, working amazingly and still providing the best customer service.“

“A group of us come here weekly and we are never disappointed with the breakfast items we enjoy eating. The vibe of the dining area is open and great for laughs and conversation. The food is hot and tasty and once ordered arrives quickly even for all 5 of us at same time. The service is awesome and the folks attending to our table make coming here each week all the moe enjoyable. The place is clean and inviting. To top it off others encountered there seem to like this establishment as we see the same folks weekly!“

“My omelette was delicious. Lots of tomato and bacon. Eggs were firm but not brown. I didn’t ask for my omelette soft so for a regular cook it was excellent. Breakfast potatoes were grilled nicely and had lots of onion. The rye toast was excellent. Service is friendly if not super attentive. Overall a really good breakfast for average pricing. I’ll be going again for sure“

“Had breakfast this morning with my son and I tried the Denver crepe. It was really good and came with their breakfast potatoes which were very flavorful. My son got the Canadian Benedict and really enjoyed it. The street was pretty loud as we ate outside, but probably quieter inside or on weekdays.“

“We have dined here as a group of 6 numerous times before a our Broadway show. I do not feel as if they are properly staffed for these evenings, as we are on a time schedule. Our reservation time is 5:30. Wait Staff is good, drinks take to long, Kitchen gets backed up as all our meals come out at different times. The Show Special Dinner is a great deal if you like the 2 options and Red/White Wine. Best Bargain, and this time we learned it would have included Valet Parking. We dined there 2 weeks prior and had not heard this. The deserts are delicious, but with the lag time in getting dinner served and receiving the dessert, let alone our bill... we race to get over to the Theater. The manager stopped by our table that night and explained the Valet, as well as how we would know the dinner options in Open Table - under Experiences. Next time I will remember this. But our next show is not until May.“

“We went there on Christmas day. There was a little wait, but it was Christmas after all. The food was good and the service was excellent. It was a good " brunch"

“I took myself and my daughter and a friend to this IHOP to eat lunch and the waiter we had named demitri was extremely helpful and courteous and kind and was paying attention to everything we were asking for and checking up on our table. When we paid and left I dropped my to go box with food on the ground and picked up it and placed it back on the table. He ran out and grabbed our attention to make sure I wouldn’t forget my food And when I had told him what happened he Offered to make me another plate quickly so that I could take it home and not waste my money. I used to be a waitress so a lot of people don’t really care or attention towards their customers or a dining experience even though it’s just an IHOP but this was one of the best waiters I’ve had in a while and it was a really nice establishment.“

“Our experience was wonderful. Shawn, the manager, greeted us upon entering & had us choose a seat anywhere we liked. He was welcoming & gracious. He brought us coffee & said Elijah would be around in a moment to take our orders. Shortly thereafter, Elijah arrived with a warm smile & lovely efficient manner. We inquired about the conversion from writing orders to entering them on a hand held computer. He was personable & had an infectious laugh as he related the change, his experience & how the process works. He remained attentive & engaged throughout our meal. We asked for boxes to take home leftovers. He returned with two & showed us how they fit. Later, he brought a bag to carry them. There were only 2-3 other tables at the time we were present. It made for a relaxed & enjoyable meal. Shawn stopped by as we were about to leave to ask about the service. We said it was great & Elijah is the best. It's been a long while since we encountered individuals so naturally attentive & caring in a restaurant. The bathrooms were impeccably clean. Many thanks, Shawn & Elijah. Your efficient service & engaging personalities are appreciated. We wish you much success. We will return. Until then, we will tell others about this terrific restaurant with the exemplary service.

“The service and food ordered was good. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. She deserved the highest tip. Whole experience would've earned a higher rating, to no fault of the restaurant, but a group of diners in a nearby booth, conducted themselves like bafoons, and just riuned it.“

“Came in late and honestly it's so nice to see a 24 hour location. Ordered an appetizer sampler to share and a breakfast burrito to split. Service was great, though not super talkative, but checked in on us and was attentive. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Was able to pay with Google pay no problem.“
