This "Dutchies" location has exactly one drawback, navigating the ingress/egress of access. Where are these cones going? Can you turn in off El Camino, can you not? LOL.

Despite being located immediately across from El Camino High School with heavy traffic intermittently throughout the day and students bombarding the staff regularly in large groups, staff are fast and efficient, upbeat and busting with cheerful, perky, customer service forward attitudes. Occasionally, they'll have the music flowing, BUT it's at a tolerable volume. Other locations, Woodland, for example, crank up the volume on the exterior facility music so loudly, you can't hear others inside your own vehicle speak to you even with your windows up. I like loud music but that's ridiculous.

At this location, the staff ALWAYS get my order correct, always offer "sip stoppers" to prevent spilling, offer carry trays when appropriate, and ask me, "How's your day going?"

All in all, you get great fresh coffee delights served with a friendly smile at a decent price quickly. That's how it's supposed to be.

“Love this place it has over 150 different shakes, slushies, teas and smoothies! You can bring a whole party there n find something for someone. I ordered the peach rose tea and omg I loved it. Not enough places has rose tea’s. They also have a big variety of appetizers and Chinese food! I was very surprised! Their popcorn chicken was poppin ! And the older man who took our order was so sweet and happy! ? watching the excitement of him exchanging jokes and laughter with his customers warmed my heart! Go and support them! “Fantastic customer service! I ordered from the app and DoorDash was supposed to deliver. I had a lot to get done at work and didn’t want to leave. After waiting more than 40 mins, the driver marked it as delivered but was a no-show. There were people out from of my work during the time the driver said it was delivered, and my guys said nobody came by. I reported it to DoorDash and Jamba. The owner of the location called me and got this all sorted out, and she even had one of the employees bring me exactly what I originally ordered. I had a great experience with both Leslie, and the young man from Jamba who delivered my order. Thanks again!!“

“YES, Please! Cap City’s açaí bowls are the Best in the Biz! I’ve had açaí bowls from Sac to Monterey, CA and none are better prepared, taste, or as big as Cap City! This is my all time fav! I just wish they were open on Sunday because I’m coming from Roseville and can’t always make it after work. The service is great, keep up the awesome work!

The staff is nothing short of amazing and keep in mind they are located in the heart of downtown Sacramento and still managed to be very very helpful polite and informative every visit despite all of the disruptions and high traffic. Ben is amazing and delivers consistently exceptional customer service so exceptional that I now mix smoothie flavors and craft my own drink.
