“I just want to say shoutout to Gabe at this location who was kind enough to give me his mystery sticker when I drove to four different locations and was told they didn’t have any at each one however I think Dutch should not allow people to purchase many drinks to get multiple stickers because all I see are greedy people reselling them for money which is not fair to the rest of people like me who only purchase one drink and want one sticker to put on their vehicle like me myself. Or another suggestion is to supply Dutch bros with larger quantities of stickers spoons etc because it’s truly not cool when some people will go to the extreme to harm people just to get a sticker as they did with the Popeyes chicken sandwich a food item.“

“Fantastic customer service! I ordered from the app and DoorDash was supposed to deliver. I had a lot to get done at work and didn’t want to leave. After waiting more than 40 mins, the driver marked it as delivered but was a no-show. There were people out from of my work during the time the driver said it was delivered, and my guys said nobody came by. I reported it to DoorDash and Jamba. The owner of the location called me and got this all sorted out, and she even had one of the employees bring me exactly what I originally ordered. I had a great experience with both Leslie, and the young man from Jamba who delivered my order. Thanks again!!“

The staff is nothing short of amazing and keep in mind they are located in the heart of downtown Sacramento and still managed to be very very helpful polite and informative every visit despite all of the disruptions and high traffic. Ben is amazing and delivers consistently exceptional customer service so exceptional that I now mix smoothie flavors and craft my own drink. They are a little pricey but the produce and fruit is very very fresh the most amazing smoothies I've never disappoint.“

“YES, Please! Cap City’s açaí bowls are the Best in the Biz! I’ve had açaí bowls from Sac to Monterey, CA and none are better prepared, taste, or as big as Cap City! This is my all time fav! Today around 5:30 pm, I got off work and I was very tired and dehydrated, so I went to Dutch bros and the guy that had a full beard helped me out. I usually don’t give reviews but he was very nice and he gave me a drink suggestion after I asked him what he suggested and so I appreciate that. He also made the drink in less than 2 mins so he was pretty fast. Again, I don’t give much reviews but thank you so much brother. He knows who he is. I forgot to ask him for his name. But I will attach a picture of the drink!!!“

“Whenever I'm in the area, I always stop by Tea Bay for a cold drink. I get the mango avocado every time—it’s made so well and never disappoints. So far, three different people have made it, and each one nailed it. I haven’t tried the other drinks yet, but if they’re anything like this one, I’m sure they’re great too. I especially love that they use real avocado—so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!“

“I have to say the choices of the different boba drinks was great and to top it off the choice of food and snacks looked really good. We chose the popcorn chicken which was hot and fresh and tasted great. As for the staff they were all extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. The interior of the store was clean and well laid out.
To be honest the only detractor from our visit was the neighborhood between the number of homeless and sad say tweakers outside the shop didn't feel like it was the safest.

“Good customer service, and all the employees are kind , respectful, and helpful. They are always willing to listen, and help the customers get better service. They treat everybody equally, and respectfully regardless, and they really enjoy their jobs, so that is why no wrong orders or complaints at all. They are located in Hawe Ave, Sacramento, CA. The location is not big , but has pretty much decent capacity for customers who are willing to dine in. Yes ! A big applaud for their cleanliness, and hygiene work, and they do take care of their customers’ health by keeping everything clean, also this place is well decorated as well. They offer different types of services dining in, to go , and delivery which like most other food chain restaurants or regular coffee shops. In addition, the prices are pretty much decent for the different types of drinks you order, also California is getting expensive, so nothing is cheap anymore. One thing about this location really caught my attention that the quality of their ingredients, and products are really good, and fresh, so the quality of drinks , and food is good. They are wheelchair accessible, and friendly, but the seats are not comfortable for a bodily disabled individual, so use your own accommodations. The parking is big, and you can easily find parking spots including handicapped areas. My experience was good , and I got my favorite drink with extra ingredients, also they do listen to customers concerns, and take care of them, so I will definitely return, and will definitely recommend.
