“Not knowing where to get a good pizza, Romans was the first suggestion. It's for take out or delivery only. Small entry way. The pizza is very good, crust is on the thinner side and crispy. We had xl 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 pineapple and they didn't skimp on the toppings. I also had an order of garlic cheesy bread, which is more like a medium. Size pizza with a creamy garlic sauce covered in cheese, which was so good. We really enjoy the pizza and cheesy garlic bread from there. We havent been disappointed yet. Price is pretty good, I paid just under $30 for what I ordered.“

“First time here and I was greeted very warmly and the Young Spanish looking male broke down how ordering works. I told him it was my first time at Mod Pizza, he was welcoming and very kind. I appreciated the small talk when I asked him what he likes to get, i got the spicy tomato base with the garlic rub. He was super kind and accommodating to my meal. He asked if I wanted sides like ranch, any drizzle on the pizza, and if I wanted any oregano spices on my pizza, etc. I mean, he didnt miss a beat. He was very kind and I appreciate the amazing service. I wish I could have gotten his name. I would like to shout him out here. But I came on a Tues, March 3rd. Arrive at 6:30pm 😃 thank you Mod Pizza. You should keep him around. Great customer service.

“Buffalo pizza has really good pizza. & today we ordered a pizza with peperoni, olives. They forgot the olives. However, they came back with a medium pizza with peperoni, olives, (we didn't complain, they just showed up, becauseof the mistake)! Buffalo pizza is our favorite pizza in West Sacramento.“

“definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed“

“There was a young lady there who was super pleasant and very excited to hear it was my 40th birthday. I don't remember her name but I know she is hoping to become a teacher for young kids. She made me feel very special as a human, and not just a customer. It was around 4pm on June 30th. And whoever made my pizza in the back could have put that pizza on a commercial, it looked picture perfect and tasted even better than it looked. Deep dish with double pepperoni, no sauce, garlic butter, Italian seasoning and parmesan on top. My favorite. It's like a giant cheesy bread😋“

“Thank you thank you for yet again 3 Great pizzas. It's crazy to think the same three pizza didn't cost $134 just 4 years ago. They we're $75 iish then.

We will still come as everything adjusts over time but this latest adjustment is absolutely way over the curve. We should all want to remove the politicians that create these messes.
