“Buffalo pizza has really good pizza. & today we ordered a pizza with peperoni, olives. They forgot the olives. However, they came back with a medium pizza with peperoni, olives, (we didn't complain, they just showed up, becauseof the mistake)! Buffalo pizza is our favorite pizza in West Sacramento.“

“These ladies were slammed but they didn’t show it through their service they were so patient and attentive and acknowledged every customer as soon as they came in. I was totally out of it while I was ordering and kept messing up but they never looked annoyed which I don’t think I could’ve done considering how busy they were so great job guys“

“MOD is Back! The vibe had shifted a few years ago and we stopped coming. Was inspired to return today and can't wait to go back again and again. The new owner, Manny, has brought MOD back to life. The crew seems happy to be there. They share that joy with every encounter. We truly missed affordable custom pizza. It's so wonderful to have MOD in our area. ❤️🍕“

“definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed“

“There was a young lady there who was super pleasant and very excited to hear it was my 40th birthday. I don't remember her name but I know she is hoping to become a teacher for young kids. She made me feel very special as a human, and not just a customer. It was around 4pm on June 30th. And whoever made my pizza in the back could have put that pizza on a commercial, it looked picture perfect and tasted even better than it looked. Deep dish with double pepperoni, no sauce, garlic butter, Italian seasoning and parmesan on top. My favorite. It's like a giant cheesy bread😋“

“I ordered a couple large pizzas and 2 4-pack mix soda for my team in the office via door dash a coupe of weeks ago. I only received 1 4-pack soda. Door dash driver was blaming the restaurant even though driver confirmed she didn't check the items before leaving the restaurant.I called the restaurant and explain. I believe I heard manager, who was in the background state "tell him I'll bring the sodas right now." I felt he spoke with a little passivity. However, 10 minutes later, he was at my door with an apology.My point is, no one is perfect and we all make mistakes. It's how we respond that speaks to our character. Needless to say, I'll be ordering several pizzas today for my team function. Thank you for keeping your word.“

“Even though the owners are fairly new at this location, they make it feel as though they have been here forever and that you're their favorite customer!
The size of the pizzas do seem as tho they are getting smaller and smaller, I must admit! And the Papa Murphy's app isn't the greatest, but the husband/wife team/family atmosphere makes for a pleasant experience! Sonny and Rose are awesome and their customer service is what keeps me going back!“
