Kao Binh is the perfect little spot to hit up if you're in need of a quick meal, snack, or drink. I'm not sure what is up with the low rating? The food was pretty good for me. I got the papaya salad with beef jerky (goi du du) $9 and the mung bean/pandan cake (banh da lon) $3.50. I thought they were good and fresh. Price was reasonable. I will definitely come back.

Cute place in the garden grove Asian mall food court. Food is cooked fresh and portions are big. We ordered the lemongrass beef dish and the pho dish. Both came out piping hot and we could tell it was freshly made (i mean not the pho but you get it). The lemongrass beef was a little on the dry side but the flavors were great and very authentic. I'd be back if I had the time and the food court isn't too insane. I prefer this place over the counter ready food any day.
