I've visited numerous times and have tried every dish on the menu. Everything is exceptional, which is why I keep coming back despite living an hour away. The service is outstanding--truly the best in the Little Saigon area.

Phở 2 Tô is a restaurant that serves a variety of Vietnamese dishes, including pho. Despite a strong scent of cigarettes from outdoor customers, the food is described as "pretty good" and "lovely". The restaurant offers live music on weekends, which adds to the atmosphere. The service is friendly and prices are considered decent. Overall, Phở 2 Tô provides a good dining experience with good food and good vibes.
