“I'd never dine in at this restaurant before but it did help me pinpoint the location of Chapman university when I first started driving around the area. Hopefully one day I'll dine here, perhaps take my friends and family, and make it wonderful. Also as someone that loves both waffles and chicken and other kinds of well-made food. This is the best place if you're a student at Chapman or just some resident living nearby.Just ate here many time and I’m in love with the place!“

“Really cute little boba shop! The employee there was friendly and kind and even gave updates about when my order would be ready. I was the only person in the store at the time I got there. I got the milk tea and added coffee jellies. I asked for it half sweet and it was still pretty sweet! I would definitely go back.“

“The banana iced latte was good but definitely not that strong in terms of coffee. I don't like my coffee super strong or bitter so it was a good pick for me. They have other flavors as well if lattes are your thing. I waited about ~15-20 minutes for one drink on a weekend. Also, it's not an ideal spot for studying or working but more of a place to sit and chat!“

“I absolutely love this place. It's a nice spot with plenty of parking and very easy to get to. They have chairs and tables outside where you can sit and enjoy homemade delicious ice cream. My wife loves to get seasonal ice cream, and they also have some regulars. They change up their menu, so there's always something different every season. Another plus is that they give out free kid cones for the little ones if you are within a certain height. You can see it in my picture. I always love coming here, the ice cream is delicious, the service is great, and the portions are pretty generous with the amount you are paying. We'll be back!!“

“Food ordered: Wagyu Philly Cheese Steak.Taste: The Wagyu Philly Cheese Steak at The Iron Press is delicious. The wagyu steak is tender and flavorful, and the beer cheese is rich and creamy. The grilled bell pepper, mushroom, and onion add a nice sweetness and complexity to the sandwich. The French roll is perfectly toasted and holds up well to the weight of all the ingredients.Price: The Wagyu Philly Cheese Steak is $17.Presentation: The Wagyu Philly Cheese Steak is served on a paper plate with a side of pickle.Staff: The staff at The Iron Press is friendly. They are are able to supply me with extra utensils and napkins for my needs..Overall, I highly recommend the Wagyu Philly Cheese Steak at The Iron Press in Seattle, WA. It is a delicious and satisfying sandwich that is well worth the price.“

“Visiting from out of town and was looking for a new burger place during my stay in Anaheim. I do visit a few times a year and I've tried quite a few in and out of the area. I have to say that Ojai is one of the best in the area. The burgers with their fusion ingredients, including Teriyaki, are out of this world. In speaking with the staff, I learned that the beef is sourced from Snake River Farms. That's a huge plus from me as I often buy their meat products in my home state. The burger/bun ratio is spot on, and the brioche holds up so well. I love the min-shreds of lettuce, and the cooked egg on top of the OG burger from Ojai, was just perfect, with the yolk spilling over when I pressed the top bun on. The fries are the shoestring type I prefer, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle...and nice and hot, fresh out of the fryer. They have a selection of sauces to choose from and the staff was kind enough to let me try all of them. I was also given some tasters of the local beers they have on tap.Staff was amazing, willing to make this out-of-towner super happy. I will be back to try more of the menu, which looks to be a well-thought out smorgasboard of umami greatness. I cannot wait to go back!“
“Drinks are on point. The matcha latte and strawberry drink I got previously were just the right amount of sweet. Great place for studying or chatting with friends - enough room, chairs, wifi, and wall sockets. Pleasant atmosphere but can get busy and crowded. Parking can be annoying but it's worth it. Friendly owner who always remembers you and your orders! :)“

“Came here & tried a couple of drinks with my friendsHot Chai : The chai here is decent and very aromatic but i felt like it was lacking some sweetness & depth to the drink. I would give it a 4/5. Iced Honey Oat Latte : this latte taste exactly as it is named but didn't have enough of that "honey" flavor to it. This latte was very light in taste so keep that in mind when ordering this drink. 3/5the DAVID : This drink didn't really taste like much until i actually stirred it. This drink is great and is my favorite out of the bunch. My first sip just tasted like milk so i guess all the flavor was at the bottom. mix is first! 5/5Overall, it a good place to go if you are looking for a quick coffee.“

“The store's interior boasts a charming and minimalistic design, which adds to its overall appeal. However, it's important to note that they do not have air conditioning, making warm days somewhat uncomfortable. Now, onto their student discount offer - priced at $5, it includes a small drink and a choice between strawberry or chocolate waffles. You can also opt for toppings at an additional cost of one dollar. It's a decent deal for those on a budget.I decided to try their classic milk tea, which leans towards the sweeter side. If you have a sweet tooth, you'll likely appreciate it. However, the disappointment came with the waffle. Despite its inviting appearance, it lacked the expected fluffiness and seemed like it had been hastily prepared, possibly microwaved. On a more positive note, the boba toppings are a redeeming feature. They add a delightful chewiness to the overall experience. If you visit, consider trying them with your order.“
“Tucked in the 4th street market, this dessert shop is a good way to end the night and share a plate of some sweetness. Mini pancakes: Get! Such a fun a fluffly way to pop these in your mouth and just enjoy. Parking: We parked in the structure behind for a few hours and it was less than a dollar from like 4-7 on a Thursday.“
“Y'all this place is da bombbbb. The drinks are great, I would come here every day to get their drinks if I could. They close at 10pm which is great because I can go there right after the gym. The staff was super nice and had excellent recommendations. The music is great too. There is seating inside if you want to rest after the gym too! 10/10 every time.“
“Was at Irvine parks 50th anniversary and they had over 15 food trucks there. I looked at all and this food truck stood out to me with their aquas frescas that thy had outside their food trucks so I orders two cranes asada tacos comes with onions and side of lemon and my favorite green salsa ,2 tacos of birria, a crepe with Nutella and cheesecake and an horchata as well as a Coca Cola in the glass bottle. Oh my goodness, being a foodie, I'm picky about tacos , desserts, drinks etc. when I bit into that taco I sank into my seat because it was that good, the mini tortillas were soft and had the meat juice on them , that plus the onions and delicious home made salsa , it was a 10/10, then the dessert, 10/10 There horchata, wow I can tell the difference in horchatera , I can tell when they are not the authentic ones ! Anyways long review , which I don't care to do much however this place impressed me , and few places impress me the way they did, on top of being super friendly staff, they made top 5 in my book“

“I've had in-sit on a couple of occasions. Their strawberry croffle was yummy, however it was not anything super special. Same goes for their strawberry matcha latte. I spent $7.25 on the strawberry matcha and I don't think I'll get it again. The drink is good- again nothing special nor worth $7.25. It's pretty crowded in here most of the time unless you go as soon as they open. Wait times for food and drink isn't too bad but if you go on the weekends or on weekdays near lunch time it may take a while to find an open seat.“

“Ordered a Horchata Latte with oat milk and it was absolutely delicious! The place is clean, staff was really friendly asked me if I had been there before and what I was looking to try, the gentlemen was really putting in effort to help it felt genuine. Not like at Starbucks where they sound dreadful to take orders ?. Glad I tried this place and can’t wait to bring my daughter for the breakfast.“
