“The girlfriend and I just moved here and checked this place out as it was close to home and had great reviews.

I had the smash burger and she had the chicken sandwich; both were delicious and the fact that they offer sweet potato fries is a plus. Extra points for the ranch, which was some of the best I’ve had and I never have ranch with anything.

Bartender didn’t have what I wanted but suggested an alternative and we both liked it.

The place is a vibe and definitely worth checking out.“

“Came here pretty much when they opened for the day, there was already some people inside for a Saturday. When we finished eating, the restaurant was barely half full?

Food wise, the bbq meats are pretty decent cuts for what you pay for and the big shrimp we ordered is actually pretty good. They didn't have a real fishy smell, which is a plus, knowing some places just serve what they have sitting out.

There is a sauce bar with appetizers near the front of the restaurant, the bar itself is already baked into the price, there isn't any extra fee. There is also a self serve sherbet freezer with three flavors: vanilla, chocolate, and rainbow, as of writing this.

For the non grill foods, the soup and cold noodles are decently portion, definitely should split it up with others so you don't overfill. The popcorn chicken can be ordered as a half order, and to my surprise, it actually is pretty decent in terms of texture and juiciness, only downside is I wish they used some spice in the coating to give it a bit more oomph.

Overall, if I am ever in the area here, I might consider coming back when I'm looking for AYCE.“

“Kikyo Sushi and Sake Bar is a great place to eat some great food. Their handrolled sushi rolls are lit!

We had a California Roll and a rock shrimp roll, and they were perfectly delicious. The rice was plump, with a slight bite with the perfect amount of filling.

A must try is their spicy garlic edamame. Man, they are so flavorful with the right spiciness. You'll be asking for seconds.

The reason for a 4 rating is that the bulgogi beef was a bit dry. It fell a little short in flavor and its traditional sweetness.

They have a great 5 dollar "thirst-quenching" draft beer that goes perfectly with your meal of choice.

Will I be back...YES! In a heartbeat and you should too, when you're in the area.“

“I was a doorman to one of the Main Street bars, and customers would always tell me to go checkout Jay Dee's. So I finally did after 2 years. It's a cool place to hang out and have a drink. Drinks are reasonable, and it's a cash only bar. Customers are friendly too, & no haters. Has pool tables and darts. No, dj, but they have a jukebox playing cool music. Bartenders are friendly and treat everyone like family. I would go back 😊👍🍻🥂“

“The best chicken ive had in years. On par with fine dining chicken from other acclaimed restraunts ive had. As i took the first bite juice sprayed out of chicken with how juicy and flavorful it is. “Have been here several times and have brought several friends on different occasions. Each time everyone has left happy and satisfied. The food is DELICIOUS and the workers are friendly. Not a single person I've brought has complained whether you're getting beef bulgogi or chilaquiles it's gonna be a good time. Also their salsas are divine (so good you can eat them by itself) we always left them clean. Definitely will continue to come back and support this small business 💖“

“I wanted to gatekeep this SO BADLY but I may have just found the BEST quality handrolls in Orange County.

Took my mom to this super chic and modern handroll bar in Brea. The quality of each handroll was UNREAL.

Seriously, so hard to choose favorites, but I loooved the baked blue crab and A5 wagyu.

I also definitely recommend getting their rock shrimp tempura appetizer and fun mocktails that are so tasty.

“The only thing wrong was we had to wait approximately 45 minutes do to the "only cook " was on break. First time I ever faced this in a restaurant. Myself was meeting a friend there but I'm sure had their been many other patrons they may of walked out. “Out of all the Pelicana spots I’ve tried, the one at The Source OC is definitely a favorite. We got there around 5 PM on a weekend and didn’t have to wait at all, which was nice. Our food came out pretty quickly too.

We ordered the combo set for three people- boneless half & half chicken, cheese balls, sweet potato fries, and tteokbokki. I honestly didn’t expect much from the tteokbokki, but it was way better than I thought! Just a heads up though, it might be a little too spicy for some people- proceed with caution!

The music was a little on the louder side, but still good enough for a conversation. Overall, a great spot to hang out with friends or family!“
