Could be friendlier, needs to engage in conversations with the customers. Not a lot of variety to choose from, but what they do have is delicious, most of the time. Plenty of seats inside and outside.“

“Wanted some ice cream and we decided to come to Bruster's. I had 3 scoops sour apple italian ice it was not flavorful at all, would not order again. The banana pudding ice cream was my favorite very good. I tried their caramel apple pie ice cream, I did not like it. It had a lot of cinnamon pie crust pieces no apple pieces at all. I would not order again. My husband had 2 scoops the deep apple pie ice cream it liked it and he had banana chip he liked the banana flavor ice cream but not the vanilla chips.“

“I love this place… but I came here for the fact that they have the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries and I purchased some for my 1st time and they were delicious. I went in a second time and they hardly added chocolate or pistachio cream it was dry. The girl that took my order was rude always has a stink face if you don’t like your job why do you work there. The 1st girl that took my order the 1st time I went was super sweet and polite unlike the girl of today. If I decide to go again and if I see this girl I will not be wasting my money here.“

“Their ice cream was delicious and they have so many different flavors! There’s a huge variety of options so you’re bound to find something you like. I got a banana split with Rocky Road, Strawberry Cheesecake and Vanilla. The vanilla reminded me of the vanilla in Mexico lol the ice cream mangonada was good but the cucumbers for the “crazy cucumbers” had a distinct flavor that I wasn’t so fond of. It didn’t taste like your regular cucumber in chamoy. Overall they have very taste treats.“

“The best place ever!!!! Extremely clean, very friendly staff and excellent customer service. It is a good thing I do not ever make someone else's unfortunate experiences my own. Had I believed the first posted comment for this place, I would had missed the best sandwich and natural fruit juice I had ever had. I would recommend Ms. Lucy Rivera to give this place a second chance now that it is being managed by the new owners. I am positively sure she would want to get rid of the negative comment she made on this place and would want to recommend it to all her friends and family. Give it a try, you are going to love it!! After all, we all deserve second chances, wouldn't you agree!“
