The Tender Greens portions are balanced, the vegetables are fresh, and the flavors POP. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is clean and calm. I've eaten here several times already, and plan on eating here every day I'm in the area.“

“After reading Google Reviews, this place was on our list for breakfast while visiting Calabasas. It's really an old diner with good old fashioned breakfast. Service was really good, breakfast was great and selection on the menu was awesome. While we got lucky finding a parking spot on a busy Sunday morning, I can see where that could be an issue.“

“Stayed here for a few days. Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. No food between 10-4pm if you’re in the hotel. Their little market does have food to go options.

Breakfast opens at 6am. Sadly, you can’t pre-order. I ordered for delivery one more and then pickup the next. If you order online, make sure to pay attention if you pick room service or pickup.

Had dinner a few times. They have grilled octopus. The one that I got was a tad salty and lemony. I’m not keen on lemon on my seafood. It was tender. So if you don’t mind it, then you’ll be ok. Otherwise, let them know to go easy on the lemon and salt. Also ordered fish tacos, chicken wings and truffle Parmesan fries. Out of all of them, I’d say truffle Parmesan was the best.

“Yeah it's expensive, as any restaurant located in an upscale office area in a concrete jungle is, but the food is pretty darned good. They had another Trimana that I went to more often, up the street, but it floated off down the river during the pandemic. The manager of this one on Oxnard is a very nice man and he even said that he can't control the costs - except if they were use cheaper quality ingredients and then it wouldn't be as good. I recommend any of the salads or sandwiches. You can't go wrong with like any of them. If you have no food in the fridge at home or need to go for a lunch meeting, go to this Trimana, you won't be sorry.“

“Outstanding food, baby back ribs fall off at the touch, no frills menu, it’s a bbq joint, if you’re looking for Foo-Foo items ? Wrong place, simple menu, something for everyone, friendly staff, family owned. Outdoor dining, live music on occasion, takeout and pickup available…. Hole in the wall, rustic and comfortable, it’s really a unique inviting establishment“

“I want to update my review because the experience I had this past Tuesday was not up to my expectations, but the way everything was handled afterward truly meant a lot to me.
Alex was great over the phone. I didn’t even have my receipt, yet he took the time to look it up, listen to my concerns, and make sure the staff knew who I was before I came back in. That already made me feel heard.
When I arrived, the General Manager, Milton, was there, and he was honestly sooooo nice. He knew my name, acknowledged the situation, and went above and beyond while I waited — he gave me two cookies and a drink, kept checking in, and made sure I was taken care of. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful.
Even though I haven’t tasted the chicken wrap yet, I’m sure it’s going to be great. The customer service alone left such a positive impression. This is how a restaurant should be run.
I truly appreciate Milton, Alex, and the entire team for turning things around. I’ll definitely be back.“
