“Dropped in on our way to Universal Studios to let traffic die down . Pleasantly surprised by this little gem . calm, caring & inviting staff + atmosphere. Food was spectacular!
My girls really enjoyed the matcha latte and avocado toast. The fresh bread spread they brought out for us to try with olives, olive oil feta, sweet cream butter and jam was a special treat! We took home a loaf of fresh rosemary sourdough to enjoy after our trip.“

Doan’s was my choice because they were willing to work with our budget, but mostly because : THEY ARE SO NICE! One phone call with Marina, and I knew I liked her. I knew I could trust her to do great work. She was supportive, kind, and was on my side. They provided the cake, delivered, and placed the topper and flowers on our cake. It was a two tier red velvet cake. Oh! Did I mention it was delicious? Our guest raved about it! Thank you Doan’s and Marina! “Delicious as always! Truly never disappoints. You can get your drinks less sweet if you want to cut the sugar a bit, especially after enjoying some sweet or savory breads. The hotdog bread, brioche, milk bun and taro are some of my favorites. Also, the Deluxe Chocolate Mousse is to die for!!! Drinks are consistent- my fave is the Seasalt coffee with coffee jelly & my sister loves the Thai Tea Boba.

First time at this location, SO happy I don't have to drive to the valley when I want a sweetie from 85. It was a Wednesday, so the selection around 6pm was scarce, although it allowed me to try a few I normally don't get or tried before. I REALLY liked the new Coconut sweet bread they had this time and I love the sea salt coffee with coffee jelly. The best pastries, always fresh and cakes are beautiful and perfectly presented. The staff today were super nice and helpful and the barista made really good drinks!“

“The cake isn’t bad, but for the price I expected it to be moist and the berries not so sour (I got the triple berry cake). The packaging is fantastic though, and I got a thick chocolate chip cookie here once that was top notch.

I will try some of the other bakery sweets or a flourless cake next time I go, but probably wouldn’t ever get a normal cake from here.

“The pastries are SO delicious! Their sandwiches are good too. The rainbow cake is amazing! I can’t wait to try more of their cakes. I like that they also sell it by the slice so you know which one you like best when you order a full cake. They could definitely improve their customer service at the Northridge location. I’ve have good experiences at other locations, but that one could definitely use improvement.“
