“This Vietnamese restaurant has a very simple menu, offering pho and spring rolls. The food was tasty, the portions were decent, and the prices were quite reasonable.

It can be a little difficult to find, especially if you’re just traveling through the area. The windows are quite dark, so from the outside it was hard to see inside. Overall, though, it’s a nice, affordable place to stop for a simple Vietnamese meal.“

“I was craving pho while I was at the Davis Hospital, in which my wife had just given birth. I needed a place to relax. I thought to myself “what better way to relax than to eat pho?”. I’m usually pretty picky when it comes to pho, but seeing the reviews on here I had to try for myself. I think what I was impressed with the most was the speedy service. Right when you walk in, they take your order and then give you a seat. Let me tell you, before I got to my seat, the waitress already had my drink and my condiments on the table ready. I sat for no more than two minutes, and my plate was ready and served. Talk about excellent customer service. I 10 out of 10 recommend this place.“

“Oh my goodness. Visiting from SC and came in for spring rolls cuz they looked amazing. Well I ended up getting the pork vermicelli dish. (Bun noodle salad?) it’s AMAZING. So glad I ordered it. It’s so flavorful. I could eat this everyday. I might be back tomorrow too…“

“Noodle House, as my family and I lovingly call it, is an icon in Davis. It's a little hole in the wall behind Sophia's Thai Bar that was referred to my husband and I 15 years ago. We walked in and almost left because it's small... and old... and a little sketchy? But we decided to give it a try anyway.
We have been coming regularly since then, and our family has grown, and grown up begging to go there for special occasions like getting good grades, etc. There is nothing we have had that isn't delicious.
I highly recommend the won ton noodle soup, pork chop noodle soup, szechuan eggplant with noodles, the potato curry with noodles, the 5 spice beef noodle soup, and the chow mein.
The noodles are homemade. The broths and sauces are unique, delicious, and literally award winning.
The service is fine. It's the same lady for the past several years. She's quick and efficient. Before that, I think it was her mom or aunt.
You won't regret trying it out - and if you do, you'll be back.“

“Delicious food for a good price, and great service! They were kind enough to serve us even though we came in shortly before closing. The calamari was crispy and well seasoned, and the Fishing Roll was absolutely fantastic and well balanced. Highly recommend it!“
