“A nice place to have lunch when visiting the US Air Force AcademyThis is located on the United States Air Force Academy Grounds. It is on the north side of Academy drive but to the southeast side of the Academy classrooms and student housing. It is billed as a place for special events and is well suited for that. It is situated on a hill overlooking the golf course and grounds. It has a dedicated parking lot with plenty of parking. I am not sure if you have to call before you arrive but our escorts had a table reserved for us right against the window. You choose your meal and pay before you sit down. The menu was a one-page affair with sandwiches and salads. The dining room was a large hall with large and small tables with north and east-facing windows. The view is pleasant. The food was reasonably priced (most meals are about $10) and came out quickly. The food was very good and the staff was very pleasant. If you get a chance to visit and eat at this location I think you will enjoy it for the food, service, price, and view. Enjoy!“

“We had such a great experience! our server was super friendly. we requested a bottle of red blend wine, and he picked out a bottle with dogs all over it, because we brought our two dogs with us. it made us very happy, and the bottle was yummy! we will be returning.“

“This place was everything I dreamed it would be and more. The burger was dangerously good. It changed my life. Onion rings are the best kind with a thin layer of batter. Almost tempura fried. Seasoned fries were impossible to stop eating. Can't wait to come back to try breakfast and like 10 other things I saw on the menu that looked delicious. Service was fantastic and it was very busy. Not only was the general customer service great with food that came out quickly but the servers were genuinely happy. Having fun while busting their butts. “WOW!!! Another One Of Our "GO-TO" Restaurants This restaurant has become one of our "GO-TO" restaurants when we come to or go through Colorado Springs. It is very conveniently located in the newer area on the north end of Colorado Springs. The food is fabulous and the menu feature of 1/2 sandwich and soup is just right for a light meal. The Monte Cristo sandwich is done perfectly!!! The chicken tender salad is always a favorite of my wife. Marie was on duty that evening - Leadship On Duty!!! Marie came by our table several times and when I see the leadership working the crowd it speaks volumes for the entire operation. Kirsti took care of our table and she frequently came by to make sure the food and service met our satisfaction. WOW!!! A super nice evening with great food, great service, and attention to detail. “Love this place so much! I’m not usually a fan of chain restaurants but my favorite thing about this place is the fact that they source locally as much as they can. We have been here a few times now and every single time it has been great. The food and service are consistently good. Every server we have had was amazing. I used to work in restaurant industry for years so I notice the little things. I love to see multiple managers on the floor talking to customers, refilling drinks, running food. One server I have to point out is Jennifer, she’s never actually been our server but always remembers us, specifically my daughter who was having a meltdown one day and she offered to bring her a bowl of fruit. And we weren’t even in her section. Great service, thank you!“

“We took our kids to the Cheyenne mountain zoo and chose to stay at the Marriott. No one told us the zoo was up hill both ways, but it was beautiful. After deciding we were too tired to go out we had dinner at Ascent. Our server Cameron was fantastic and very polite. We were surprised at the portions and the food was very good. My 2 year old (who will be 3 next week) has multiple food allergies. Normally going out to eat is a tough experience. Our server was so nice and when I mentioned allergies her response was “oh we take food allergies seriously, let me make sure that item is a safe food.” Not only was it the very first time he was able to order off of a kids menu (normally we feel lucky to get him one or two items ale carte), but the food came out with a “ALLERGY” flag in it which made us all feel safer about him eating it.
