“We recently hosted a picnic and music concert (by our musical duo, Lake Point Duo) for our family and friends in one of the Metro District parks in Highlands Ranch, CO. To make it a very special event, we had the picnic food catered by Silver Spoons Catering & Events of Denver, CO. From start to finish we had a very positive experience with Silver Spoons. Our planning liaison, Emily was terrific to work with, giving great menu planning advice and super fast replies to our questions and suggestions by phone and email; the food was delicious and the spread was delivered to the park location and set up right on time by our friendly, courteous server! “Sullivan’s Scrap Kitchen has a warm and inviting feel as if you’re having dinner with friends or family in their dining room. This year we rented out the entire restaurant for our annual company Christmas party. The staff was friendly and fun. The entire experience was charming. The food was chef inspired with unique flavors. Each course was brought out family style one course at a time. The portions were small which allowed us to eat multiple courses without getting too full. The craft cocktails and cocktails were absolutely amazing just like the food! Best company party yet. Justin was always quick to respond, answered all our questions, and was incredibly understanding and flexible when we had to postpone our reception. His support during that stressful time truly put my mind at ease. On the day of our reception, everything was delivered as promised—the food was delicious, and we received countless compliments from our guests. “They catered our daughter's wedding (Jan. 23, 2021) and it was perfect. Everyone raved about the food - appetizers, salad, entrees and desserts. The service was attentive and gracious. We worked with Katie Quinn who was fabulous.; she was our point person. The salmon was delicious and the filet was cooked to perfection and so delicious. The mini trio of desserts were a big hit (the mini creme brulee was amazing!). The appetizers - tomato soup with grilled cheese, poached pear with sangria & blue cheese and a brie tart with lingonberry on top were so good. Thank you for a memorable evening for our daughter's wedding!“
“Kimberly Crater is incredible. I was in town for our grandfather's funeral, and a friend recommended me to Kimberly to help with our grandfather's funeral reception. Not the happiest of events of course, and Kimberly was kind and respectful of the situation. She was easy to talk to and spent the time making sure what we wanted was well executed. To highlight her level of attention to detail, our family wanted a potato salad to represent Grandpa's favorite gathering food. She was very sensitive to this and even offered to recreate a family recipe. The whole family thought that was an amazing service to be willing to provide on such short notice. Grandma was really moved. Everything was included in the price, it was completely hands off for us so that we could just be present with family (not worrying about boxing things up to take home, or set up and take down). The quality of the food was fresh and totally perfect. The staff was respectful of the event and ready to help. It really was such a relief in such a sad and overwhelming time. I would highly recommend Encore Catering!“

“I've ordered food from here and had it before, so I knew it was good. This morning I decided to go in. It's a Saturday, and the owners were there all by themselves. They were very friendly and had a great energy. I ordered the breakfast burrito smothered with green chile. SO GOOD! One of the best in the area for sure. I live on this side of town now so I'll be sure to give them a lot of businesses. It's in an office building, and I hope they stay open because it's one of the best delis around! Spend local!“

“Elizabeth is fantastic! She is easy to work with, very professional and respectful of our house, and has made us many tasty and healthy meals. We have strict dietary restrictions and a lot of preferences, and she is always able to make delicious food meeting all of those requirements. She is able to accommodate changes week to week and special requests. Even after two years, she was still adding new dishes for us to try. She leaves the kitchen cleaner than she finds it every time. Strongly recommend her!“

“Wanting to entertain my colleagues I hired Chef Anthony Ramos to cater a cocktail party at my house. I asked for elegant but simple food to pass around and I definitely got more than what I paid for. Between the perfect amount of garlic on the escargot and the delicious flavor of the filling on the crab stuffed mushrooms my guests and I were more than impressed. I highly recommend Chef Anthony.“

“I’ve been a cheese club member for years now. Look into their monthly membership - its 3 cheeses and then a jam or butter of some sort with always a great write up or the history of the cheese, maker, and how to eat it or what to pair it with. In general though, these guys are great. I never know what to get if it’s not cheese box day, and they are so knowledgeable and always come up with a great variety for me.“
“Carmine's on Penn is absolutely worth visiting on a routine basis. Best if you have a bigger group, 4 should be considered a minimum and 6-8 is ideal due to the nature of family sized servings. What you WON'T get is standard Italian fare. Yes, they have Pasta and Meatballs, Carbonara, Chicken and Veal Parmigiana. That said they have a lot of their own dishes and the “standard fare” they've added their flare to it.“

The venue is naturally beautiful, and Baldoria has a wide selection of decor on site to be able to use to enhance the beauty. Dawn was fantastic to work with, and made my vision come to life! The day I’ve went so smoothly, and I cannot thank her and the staff enough for everything they did to make our day so special.“
