“I have dreams about this place because it’s easily the best bakery in Aspen, they also have their bakery items available at the Aspen Saturday market and on the rooftop of Swedish hill cafe. But this location is perfect if you want to get a quick breakfast before heading into town. The cookies are really good but my favorite things to order are the chicken pesto empanadas and the cherry danishes… wowwwweeeeeee“

Fuel Cafe is a gem! The food was fresh and flavorful—I loved the California Burrito. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Perfect for starting the day on a high note. Highly recommend! Great option around the mountain if you want something fresh and fast. Totally recommend this place.
