“This location is beyond busy. I would call it organized chaos. As you approach, the drive-through associates will approach your vehicle and take your order. Which helps the flow. The drive-through and parking areas are very small and limited. However, I do have some concerns for the associates walking among moving vehicles. All associates that I encountered were very friendly and professional. My order was correct, hot, and tasty.“
“This is my favorite Chick-fil-A because I was welcomed as a stranger when I moved to town in March and now I go there almost every other day and everyone there in the morning Knows My Name greets me by my name knows my order treats me like a high-class Citizen and they are professional and respectful. A special shout-out goes out to Juan and Yuri and especially Edgar. Edgar is the best version of any high-class Chick-fil-A shift manager you would want to ever know. A beautiful Christian soul, he is extremely polite and respectful. He doesn't mind picking up trays, and he cleans, too. If you want to be treated well, go to this Chick-fil-A.“

Update after Reno:
The new look is nice! But my kiddos are not impressed with the new playground. My daughter was very vocal about the lack of slide and activities. It's definitely smaller than the previous set up and lacking.
Other than that food and service were great!“
“So damn good best fast food chain for sure. Good crispy quality chicken that blows all the other fast food restaurants out of the park. Nice employees that always have a smile on their face. @Chick-Fil-A you guys gotta put that Zesty Buffalo sauce on an 8oz bottle please!!“
“I was blown away today when in the drive-through I was wearing my uniform and Victoria kindly offered to pay for my meal! She thanked me for "all I do," and I should have told her MY PLEASURE. This was a very kind gesture and I can't thank her or the culture that exists at this location enough!“
