CFA is know for their efficiency. However this particular location is not efficient.
The two drive thru lanes merging at the end to one is odd.
I waited 22 mins in the drive thru, 4 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, my order was not there, I did a mobile order.
I hope the manager can evaluate efficiency and change their workflow

Sadly the woman helping me in the drive through missed my request for paper jack cheese and completely botched my name due to a language barrier. In addition I got 1 napkin for a 3 person order. Sad being this establishment used to have amazing customer service

Chick-fil-A is a restaurant known for its consistently good food, friendly staff, and fast service. The new location is quick and smart with its two drive-thru lanes, one for ordering and one dedicated to mobile orders for quicker pickup. The line generally moves quick. While the food is consistently delicious, some customers wish for well-done fries.
The service experience can vary. Many staff members handle issues well, apologizing and working hard to resolve problems when mobile orders do not show up immediately, demonstrating excellent customer care. However, the service has seemed not too good lately for some, with instances of customers being completely ignored while waiting at the mobile order spot, even after giving their name. Some training leaves a bit to be desired, with a perceived lack of problem-solving skills occasionally.
A significant drawback for this location is the parking lot and building layout, which is not the most mobility-friendly. The most direct path from the parking lot to the front door is not wheelchair accessible, requiring navigation across rocks. The accessible entrance is at the back of the building, meaning extra navigation to reach the main entrance. Despite these issues, the core offering remains great food and often commendable staff service.
