About Menchie's

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt offers friendly and welcoming customer service, with staff who are very, very friendly and make customers smile. The store is clean and well-maintained, even during busy times with many high schoolers. The shop has sample cups and all machines are often working, allowing customers to try different flavors. Some flavors may have an unusual taste or be watered down, but many customers enjoy the delicious yogurt and appreciate the great toppings and clean bathrooms. However, there is sometimes an issue with the availability of toppings, particularly the chocolate topping, which is not always available, especially at night. The store is highly recommended on a hot day or when looking for a friendly place to enjoy frozen yogurt.

Not much to say other than a great experience, clean establishment, delicious flavors, and TONS of toppings to choose from. The one staff member who was working wasn’t the friendliest, (she wasn’t rude by any means, just not overly friendly) but she did sweep and wipe everything down three times while we were there. Overall, very happy with y visit. Highly recommended!

It's all self serve and the Froyo and toppings are great. They change flavors so your not going to always get your favorite flavor. I do wish there was a better way to get the marshmallow fluff out of the pump but I am very happy they have it since it's my favorite topping.

I also wish there was a faster way to earn points. I feel like I have to go there everyday and by many dishes of the Froyo to earn enough points for even the first reward.

Very sweet girl working there, and we loved our yogurt
