“I've been eating at this restaurant for many years and, believe it or not, I've never had a bad meal...ever. It is packed 7 days a week and there's a reason why. Beyond the great variety of food with breakfast all day (139 menu items {not including 29 drink}). the help is absolutely incredible. You can tell they love the manager, Carlos, because they function as one big family. I'm 72 and have eaten, through my career, in countless restaurants in numberous cities and for the money (quite reasonable) this is my #1 favorite of them all (including many 5 star, exclusive restaurants. You won't find Beef Wellington, Duck à l’Orange,, Lobster Thermidor, Seafood Paella, Foie Gras., or Caviar on their menu, however; Escargot if you love real scratch Mexican/American cooking“

They took exceptional care of us on short notice, Hailey was our server our group also had Adrian assisting the other half of us. They were fantastic helped us celebrate a birthday as well as winning State with dessert, took orders between multiple parties and split checks like it was easy and were so pleasant with what could have been a very overwhelming and stressful to any server. “I am on a business trip and walked from my hotel. I had intended to go to Texas Roadhouse, but the entrance to Ajuaa! was very inviting. It portrays a classy ambience. My Margarita was enormous but well-deserved after dealing with construction and rush-hour traffic in the Denver area. My server was awesome. My Margarita was incredible! Dinner (Carne Asado) was delicious! The music and atmosphere were authentic. Definitely a thumbs-up from this customer!“

“Yum. I am not a picky eater, I am a particular eater. I like quality and flavor. Chai & Chai covered those. The flavor was wonderful and not too spicy (I do love spice). The ingredients are fresh and quality. The cafeteria style service makes for a quicker visit. Our group had the Chicken Shawarma on pita, Turkish Gyro on pita, and the Chicken Tikka Masala and a Samosa. They were all equally tasty, though I would choose rice next time just for convenience sake. The location is walkable if visiting someone at Anschutz Hospiral.“

Yes, but the ramen soondubu had that thin, packaged ramen look & were probably laden with palm oil. One star off for that. The service was good, but I couldn't believe that the waiter had to ask if we wanted our own set of banchan. There were 6 of us dining, so I would have assumed the answer was obvious: 2 sets, please. The banchan was varied & appetizing. 5 stars for the K-pop music. Not too loud & devoid of rap. Eating out is expensive nowadays. Get used to it, or stay home & cook your own meals.“
