Katsu was nicely (and freshly) cooked, the katsu sauce was superb and very flavorful. Musubi was delicious. However the I prefer the spam to rice ratio to have a LITTLE thicker spam. Still very good. Husband got the plated with steak and pork. The steak was excellent and the pork was well seasoned and paired very well with the rice. Order from from here on Saturday that I really just wanted to try something different, I give the food a 4/5 because they don’t use salt on the rice and regardless if you add sauce on it you can taste how bland it is but everything else had a really good flavor, the fries were top notch! My new fave restaurant in Avon! Hawaiian seasoned chicken, steak, shrimp and more. We had volcano fries with steak and chicken on rice. Great flavors and friendly staff. And for about $10/ person. Highly recommended!!!! (Poke too but we didn't get that)
