“I came to the Fireside Grill as part of package deal through the Nordic Center to go snowshoeing for several hours before capping the day off with a generous plate of wine and cheese AND dessert! The food was delicious and Lizzie took phenomenal care of me as I enjoyed my meal. Her kindness and attentiveness was much appreciated. I highly recommend this experience through the Nordic Center as well as the Fireside Grill for its excellent food and lovely staff.”

“We had breakfast here both days of our visit to Beaver Creek Lodge. The restaurant is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the hotel and can be accessed from street level at the bus drop. As Marriott Platinum members we enjoyed vouchers for complimentary continental breakfast for 2. The voucher was also worth $16 if you wanted to order off the menu. We both tried the continental breakfast on different days. Warm fresh blueberry muffin, creamy noose yogurt with fresh berries and nuts, fresh fruit, and a croissant. We also flipped to try the steel cut oats with berries and nuts on alternate days. Yummy and big portion. Service is great and all the staff go the extra mile.”

“Been to this nice restaurant many times and it’s always first class. Tonight my wife’s chicken was excellent. The wine was great. However, the Manhattan steak was not so good. The one that was brought out was extremely tough and even hard to cut into. Our lovely server offered to bring out a new one but I said I would fight through it. To her credit, she insisted on bringing out a new one and I asked for it to be Medallion cut. The replacement came out and should have been medium rare, but when I laid out the cuts it was simply very rare to raw with lots of fat as well. I simply refused to eat it and told her to just take it off the bill. To my surprise the wonderful Manager Dana immediately came over and admitted that they failed on the steak. He explained that they usually get great cuts from the provider, but recently not so much and he actually called the owner and told him they simply can’t be offering this kind of steak as this was not the first bad cut he has seen this evening. Dana did not charge me for the steak as well as the wine and offered a free desert. Dana did exactly what I’d expect a Manager to do in this caliber of a restaurant and that alone makes me want to come back again whichever we will do so!”

“Firstly, their house red wine is a Chianti. SOLD! Ordered the Caesar salad (delightful and perfectly topped with breadcrumbs) and a solidddd Margherita pizza (reminded me of Italy!!). Loved it so much we ordered another round of everything plus some meatballs. 10/10 will be back again. Solid happy hour too!!!”

“I live in Avon and Northside is one of my go to places. They have a fantastic happy hour with Kat at the bar. Not only does she pour a great cocktail, bit is attentive and on the ball. She knows how to keep her customers happy. They should be thrilled to have her. The drinks are prefect and the food yummy. Better than most over the top expensive places in downtown Vail.”
