“Nice place in Beulah where you can stop for a good breakfast or even a quick meal. The prices are fair and there is a lot of variety. You can always find something special, I love the sandwiches, smoothies and burritos they make here.
You may be wondering why I write in Italian, I am Italian but I have relatives in Beulah and every time I return I often frequent this place and over the years I have collected many photos as you can see from the ones I have shared, I have seen this place change .
Few know that Beulah was once known as the town of Mace's Hole, a bandit who used the valley to hide out, but then a local preacher didn't like the town's name and changed it to Beulah.
