From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, kind, and consistently checked on us without ever being intrusive. He made sure we had everything we needed and genuinely cared about our experience.
At one point, we were praying over our meal and had asked for napkins just before we began. Billy came back right in the middle of the prayer with napkins and towelettes — perfect timing, honestly. We couldn’t help but laugh and even included him in our prayer. That’s how comfortable and positive the atmosphere was.

He was such a delight and it truly made our experience. He was quick to make conversation with us and very interesting to talk to. He told us a bit about the area and gave us a few recommendations.
