Amazing food and beer! I had a burger and my wife had the nachos, both were phenomenal. Burger cooked medium rare as requested, nachos were also amazing. Ask for a side of salsa with the nachos, it is delicious!!
My daughter, who is very picky, wanted to go to Tommyknocker for lunch one day...so we went because she never wants to go anywhere to eat!Despite a mix-up on her food, it was a really nice visit. The manager, Jeff, came straight to our table as soon as he realized he made an error on her dish and we didn't even have to ask to get it remade. It was their mac and cheese and it was absolutely scrumptious!Also, Tami was an excellent server.They welcome dogs, even providing dog beds...read full review

We always enjoy stopping at Tommyknockers on our way through Idaho Springs after a day of skiing or hiking! Excellent service, great beer and food! On this last stop, we found out how dog-friendly Tommyknockers is-- they have dog beds for your dog to curl up on, a separate dog menu and brought out water for him as well. Can't say enough good things!
